Wonderful customer service. Warm welcome from front desk. Pleased with how they get me on the schedule almost immediately , for oil changes. Those men hustle around and get the job done right! Fast, honest and friendly mechanics. Real gentlemen.

I have to shout out to bobby and all the staff at springfield auto. They go above and beyond, give us outstanding service, and are incredibly honest. I had to part with our previous mechanic shop because the communication and service was going downhill even though they had been a good shop for a long time. Their Ford Master Mechanic had a big fricking ego and was cringy and rude to deal with. We had even followed them after they moved. Realizing we needed a new car doctor someone recommended springfield auto for homest and quality work. I cant even rememver who but it was an awesome decision. They had recently done a repair and when i still thought there was an oil leak somewhere under the hood they took the time to put some dye in the oil to find the leak. Turns out it was some residual oil from when our van started leaking and it just needed cleaned out. Superb care about our vehicle like it was their own. Fast, friendly, helpful. THIS SHOP IS AWESOME. I will keep bringing my vehicles there. They do the job and do it right. Thanks Bobby and staff. #SUPPORTLOCAL!

I got a used engine from them and they put old pieces I had welded together from my old engine back on the new engine. it started to overheat causing a sensor in my transmission to trigger. when I took the it in for them to look at it they called me back saying I needed a new transmission. the price they gave me was too expensive so I brought it home to have a friend look at it and see if they could help me with it. vacuum hose was disconnected and my radiator was completely empty. once he fill my radiator and put my vacuum hose back into place my truck now runs fine. not a very thorough company if they're just requesting but I put new parts in that don't need to be replaced. very unsatisfied

Not only did they change my truck's oil, they checked fluids and filters for free. They pulled out the cabin filters, that were filthy, and gave me the option of them changing them out. Very affordable prices, if you have routine service and repairs. High quality. Effortless waiting. Great time slots for the weekdays. BBB operated. They have a blog site. Waiting room and bathrooms are clean. Toolbox-coffee station is in front of their informational tv screen. Artisans wood work is displayed. Their service is impeccable. I have been taking my autos there for two+ years.

I was very pleased with my first experience with Springfield Automotive Service. I needed transmission service performed and was concerned as the servicing had been neglected by the previous owners. They gave me a couple of options including what could be done if I could not afford a rebuild. They were able to do a standard servicing after conferring with me and addressing all of my concerns. They completed the work in the time that they stated and they gave me calls apprising me of the status of the work. They had performed a full flush of the transmission, which I believe that not all shops will do. I appreciate them addressing my concerns, their communication, and their doing the job right. I would recommend Springfield Automotive Service for doing your transmission work.

I honestly feel like this shop undercharged me for the amount of work they did, not to mention the quality of work was outstanding. I have never left a mechanic happier & I can't recommend this shop enough! I live in CA & was just passing through Springfield for work. My A/C was going out & I needed it fixed fast and done right the first time. (I was recommended this shop by Joe's Truck & Trailer, who is another really great guy, btw.) Danny, the owner, is an expert in diagnosing & fixing A/C systems and I needed to get back on the road in a hurry so I was happy that his shop assured me he could have it fixed and back to me that day. Not only did he fix my A/C, but he was also able to handle another job I needed done & install a transmission cooler for me and get my truck back to me that same day. He stayed late and made it happen and then showed me everything he did and how he did it. I was really impressed with how he went the extra mile for me & the quality of his work is outstanding, as well as I swear he should have charged me double for how much work he did. Oh, and because I got back to pick up my truck early and then started to get hungry, the guy working up front even let me use his car to grab some food up the street since mine wasn't done yet. Unbelievable service. If I lived closer I'd be their customer for life.

We were towed into your shop a couple weeks ago and were impressed from that point on. From communication to showing me everything that they not only had to work on but future repairs that I have full confidence in you guys doing future work. You guys are the epitome of professionalism in the auto industry. You're company, front desk, mechanics all the way to the owner are what other shops wished that they operated like. Thank you for taking care of our truck and we look forward to having you guys as our only mechanic shop to take our vehicles. We refer you guys to all of our family and friends for repairs.

Awesome shop, and honest people, I brought my truck in to get the 4wD fixed and they had it diagnosed & fixed the same day. They actually communicate to explain what the issue with your vehicle. Now it's fast forward a few months and my four-wheel drive light started coming up as service 4 wheel drive, so I called and let them know. They were very happy to have me back and said to bring it on in. They diagnosed it and it was one of the 4WD parts. They were kind enough to just swap it right out, I did not have to pay for the second installation and they upgraded my part with a lifetime warranty. I plan to bring all of my vehicles here from now on. Thanks guys, it's nice to know there's still an actual honest automotive shop.

So after getting poor or marginal work from several local auto repair businesses it was recommended I check these guys out. So very happy I did. They cared enough to check and see if my car was leaking oil from the rear main seal or someplace else. They told me that they did not want to do work that didn't fix the problem. They also found a couple of other issues one being my timing belt. They even sent me a video of the problem so I would not have to drive across town to see

worst mechechanic In town do not go here dropped truck off at 8 in the morning called me back at 9 to tell me I have an EXTREME back fire hahaha when I asked what exactly that meant they chnaged story saying I was down 2 cylinders also told me that my fan was hitting the shroud causing noise which was a complete lie cuz the motor was actually replaced by buddy with 350 block (originally 454) so the fan is a good foot away from shroud then told the owner dan to call me when he

After being ripped off by so many different auto shops it is truly hard to find a place you trust. While I have only been here a handful of times, each time makes me feel confident in my decision to return the next time I need work on my car. Their prices are fair and they provide super friendly service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We are always offered a ride home when we drop off a car although we have never accepted and the work is always, always done so quickly!

Was passing through town when my check engine light came on. Thought it wise to stop and get diagnosed before making the 6 hour trek home. Dan, the owner, greeted us and took care of us quickly. He was honest and had perfect intuition of what service needed to be done. I would highly recommend this place based on my first time experience. Friendly staff and genuinely concerned about my safety on the road. Low pressure atmosphere and got me on my way!! super thankful!
