Dan the owner is extremely knowledgeable about the cars he services. All three times I've been in he has diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and scheduled a time to fix it. Work is done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Great placee

Took my truck in because it was misfiring. Dan had the problem diagnosed quickly and had great communication and full transparency on what was going on and pricing. He even worked over the weekend to get the job done. I would highly recommend and will be going back with any future needs.

Worst place to have your car worked on. Do not leave your car there, in fact if you care about your car, life and your bank account don't go there at all.
The owner lies, steals and has no clue how to even install new brake pads for the cheap price of $575.00. He also stold our brand new clutch and flywheel out of our car and charged us for new ones and didn't even tighten the engine bolts down securely.
He threaten me to my face with 2 witness and stold over $2300.00 from us.

Daniel quickly became my go-to repair guy! He is thorough and took great care and detail when working on my car. He was also upfront about the cost of the service he performed. He assured me that if the job isn't done right, he wouldn't charge me for it. Period. This is so refreshing after going to Les(s than) Schwab and paying for a service that was done poorly to say the least. Overall, an amazing and speedy service despite him getting busy while working on my car today!

I was in need of a mechanic to check out my older car for a road trip and chose DC Auto Repair because of his reviews on Yelp. I needed an overall check and Dan ran through everything with me which was refreshing and addressed a couple things that he found. The next day before I left a blinker light went out and Dan was able to squeeze me in and at no cost he put in the new bulb. I will be going back as everything good said about him on the reviews I found to be true and his work/costs were upfront and fair. Thanks Dan.

Dan is so pleasant to work with! I gave him a call after seeing so many positive reviews and having had another mechanic put me off. When my truck was running rough and struggling when accelerating, Dan serviced my fuel injectors which had been replaced recently with used parts and fixed me right up. The issue I was having had stumped another shop for 2+ weeks and I almost paid to cross my fingers and hope that a new fuel pump would solve my problems, so glad I took his advice on something that ended up being fixed with simple maintenance! Dan definitely has the customers best interest in mind and he was timely and cost effective-even over a holiday weekend! He even called me a week later to check up on the vehicle. Thanks DC!
