So, I had to post my first ever review online because of how amazing these people were! I hate going to the post office or mailing things, but they made it so painless and easy. They were beyond helpful. I honestly didn’t believe this type of customer service existed anymore. They have reinstated my belief that there are great customer service folks and genuinely helpful people still out there. I will definitely be using them for all mailings moving forward. You have to check them out!!

Wow!! I have never experienced such incredible customer service! Not only were they attentive and willing to help, they actually saved us money! We thought we had a plan, but they knew better and were so flexible about making the best choice. They also helped with taping and boxing, since we had so much to send out. I’m still blown away and will be doing all mailing from here now on!

I can’t think of a better place to pick up my mail for my business. This place has a cool vibe and very helpful people. If you’re tired of your old boring USPS office, this is the place to go.

Come here enough and they will get to know you. Always welcoming and pleasant to see. They always have my packages ready when I walk in the door and they will even help me carry them out if I need.

They are always so friendly at this location! The little hidden gem of a post office of Salem. The service is quick and efficient, and I love that I can shop around the little shop while my packages are getting rang up.

Went in with three books all the same book wanting to get quotes in each book sending to three different zip codes USA states and asking the young male with long hair for price and what would he recommend for a type a Manila envelope or box to put for the lowest price . As Im asking all these recommendations I’m putting a copy of this book onto this scale as he suggested (mind I really want to do business with these small owners businesses but the customer has be better) than proceeds to ask me what kind of a book is it , I goes just a book what difference does it make and it’s right there go ahead and make your own observations I need your recommendations as to what envelope or box to use . Than he goes this one to hawaii is 3.99 than I goes that includes the box and everything? He goes well no you have to go and box it up than come back than we weight it all that . Than I’m standing over looking at this kid thinking I’m trying send these books to four different states ( same book four copies) and I’m trying to bring my business to you and I’m shut down with this attitude and lack of respect it’s amazing. Anywho alohas everybody and take it easy.???????????

We have been using this business for more than 10 years. The convenience of the location, plenty of parking and a superior staff make this a business to visit. Their gift shop has interesting products and the prices are reasonable.
