I have to say that I HATE going to car dealerships, and especially dealing with the used car buying process with a passion, always have.. but.. from the very beginning Power did a great job at making me feel at ease.. Ethan Howard, my salesman, was just amazing!! I can’t say enough about how smooth he helped the buying process go. Felt like I was buying the car from my brother really.And the finance department worked and worked to get me the best rate, instead of just getting me approved and moving forward with the first rate they got, great guys!I would HIGHLY recommend Power Mazda to anyone.

I worked with Jeff Harris to get my new car. He was very patient with me as I had specific things I wanted at my price point. We test drove many cars and he was informative on all of them. I will be using him in the future for my next car.

Andrea was amazing to work with! Her great personality helped ease our anxiety and made the process a whole lot easier! She did everything she could (even stayed late when she was supposed to be off earlier) to get us approved and exactly what we wanted! Would definitely recommend purchasing from Power Mazda!

My husband and I had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Ethan was hands down the best salesman that helped us with our purchase. I wish there were more people in sales like him. He listens to what the buyer wants, is patient, kind, and relaxed. If we ever get another new car we will be going back to Ethan at Power by Mazda. Thank you again for making it such a great experience?? We are so happy with it!

My wife and I stopped in to check out the new CX-90. We where helped by Jeff Harris, he was very friendly and not at all pushy. The finance department worked hard to find the best interest rate they could for us. Thank you Power Mazda team for being able to get us into the car we wanted in a friendly and professional manner.

My car stopped running, seemingly due to a dead battery. I had it towed here on a Tuesday night and left my key and info in the overnight drop off. I heard back Thursday asking for more info and was told I’d probably hear back the next day. I explain to them my dad had just passed and I needed it reliable to drive 1000 miles to deal with his affairs.Two more days later they call me up and tell me it’s running and only needed a charge, which cost me 150 dollars. I drive it home, turn in for the night, and get up the next morning to find it not running again. When I call them up about it they insist they never told me it would be reliable for my trip, and offer to look at it again if I bring it in and pay for it to be reviewed and for labor again.I hung up, bought a battery myself, and an ex mechanic at my church came over to help me reinstall it, as well as confirm it was indeed dead and express his shock they couldn’t figure that out. It now runs, no thanks to Mazda of Salem. Paid them 150 dollars for my car to be able to drive a half mile one time.

We have been working with them for 3 years or so. Sometimes individuals change, that said the quality of the service is predictable in a positive way. The sales staff and managers are respectful, hardly pushy, and they have always aimed to work with us. Sometimes it takes some negoations to get the best deal. They are engaged in the process kindly and patienly, trying their best. We like them.Our salesperson Francisco was amazing. Such a kind and patient soul. His managers Bailey and Anthony have helped us a lot with minor details and add ons. They have been honest and straightforward from the beginning to the very end. We intend to work with them again.

Absolute worst car by experience I have ever had in my entire life! They ripped me off to the tune of $10,000! And I paid cash for my vehicle. Do not go here! Dan, the sales manager is especially underhanded, and Ray the sales person is horrible. Do not trust these people they're terrible.

My husband traded for a 07 Chevy Suburban today and Jeff was awesome to work with. We didn’t think we were going to make a deal but the manager was willing to work with us so we could get something we could fit all of our kids in. Very family oriented atmosphere and would definitely do business here again.

I went in to Power Mazda this week to do my first new car purchase. I ended up working with Ethan on finding my car. It was an extremely smooth process - I had an idea of what I wanted but was not sure. Ethan helped me find what I was looking for and spent a lot of time with me looking at different cars and explaining each of their benefits.I came back the next day expecting to use outside financing, but Dan in the finance department was able to match my very competitive rate. Him and Ethan walked me through different payment options and helped me understand the benefits of each.Overall, I had a great experience here. Everything was explained simply and there were no pushy tactics. Would happily recommend them to family and friends.

Went looking for a Toyota Tacoma recently, couldn't find quite the one I was looking for, and Andrea was a total expert. She didn't let a pesky little problem like "not on this lot" stop us, and we visited a couple different lots in the Power family to find something I drove home that night. She spent plenty of time with us and helped understand what was and wasn't important to us.Not satisfied to give her only the one sale, we went back two days later to find my wife a perfect trade-in on her car too! That's how much we enjoyed working with Andrea! Now you know the secret too!
