It has been nice to have a convenience store downtown! I went in today to find that nothing in their store is represented with prices. Not one thing has a price on it. I asked and was informed that this is how they do business. I think this is an unwise choice and you have lost my business because of this.

Love the store and friendly staff. The Frazil drinks and packaged sandwiches are super tasty. Wish they'd be open normal hours on Sunday and Monday, however. Those days, I have to take my money elsewhere to get what I want and need. Lol.

Selection was just ok. Service was horrible. Clerk seemed to be annoyed to have to be there... he didn't seem to care if he had customers or not. Stayed in Salem four times this year (work trip) and would not come back. I'd rather get mugged walking to Rite Aid then spend a dime here.

I go to this market everyday since I live downtown. The owner is super cool and all the employees are friendly. It is a very inviting and well kept sharp looking shop. If you find yourself in downtown Salem make sure to stop by.

I have been harrassed everytime I have been there by the Grey haired guy behind the counter. The last encounter I had there I had pulled out money from the ATM and was looking at the prices of items and he gets up from the register and walks towards me like I'm trying to steal something and asks if I'm buying something. Will walk 10 or more blocks to a different store than ever buy anything from there. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with him or the owner. My friend told me that they harrassed him for being a Christian. Nevet go here for anything. Walk over to us market on high street. You will be greeted with a smile everytime.
