We appreciate the fine job your workers did in demolition, laying counters and hooking up the plumbing. Also, all workers did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. All were polite and very respectful and showed up in a timely manner. Definitely, we will recommend Marble Center Salem to others.

From planning to installation, the entire team at the Marble Center was excellent to work with! They provided guidance through the entire process and when it came time for install, the outcome was stellar. We highly recommend using the Marble Center!

We had our granite installed today,it looks absolutely gorgeous.I have to say the marble center was so thorough and communicated with us all through the process up until installation.The guys who installed were very conscientious about their work and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend this company in the future,in fact I did today.Thanks to Anastasia for helping us pick out the granite.

Disappointed in their whole process start to end. We're happy with the materials but not happy with their sales ladies to installers to tech to seal afterwards. I would highly recommend going to Portland or any other company.

We had our granite installed yesterday and are absolutely beyond pleased with their work. We did our research with quite a few different companies in Salem and Marble Center was the best price by thousands for granite we chose. The warehouse has many different options and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable in walking us through the multi-step process of picking and installing the materials. I did have to call a few times to “prod” for information about logistics, but they were always quick to get back to me once I did that. The final product is top notch.

The Marble Center worked with my schedule and explained which projects should be complete before granite installed. They were efficient and professional. The seam at the sink isn't noticeable, beautifully done! When I thought I had a problem, someone was back first thing the next morning and explained the issue helped me correct it. Used Marble Center several years ago for kitchen and guest bathroom counters, and now we're redoing the master bath, we are again using Marble Center for our countertops. Five-Star service, and very reasonable prices.

We just completed a project with The Marble Center, the most recent of many over the past 20 years. All aspects of the project were handled very well. We appreciate the great install team who worked until almost 8 PM to complete the job. We have a finished project that we love - its was priced fairly and generally very on time.

The countertop slab is more beautiful than I imagined it would be. The installation was quick and beautifully done. Seems are not visible and the team was very professional. I used the granite for my kitchen island, countertop and for my built in entertainment center. Very reasonably priced with a timeless look. I love it.

My wife and I had our kichen counters installed last week and we really like the product. Heather thanks for your flexibility with our schedule and the delay of receiving our sink and faucet. Roman and his crew did a magnificent job! Very careful and made sure we were taken care of from laying down drop clothes where they were working and vacuum on during any grinding and drilling, and then they cleaned up after they were finished, almost as good as my wife would do:-) Thanks again, we were happy to recommend one family to you already and will look forward to telling others about Marble Center!!

Everyone at the Marble Center is very helpful. The installers were very respectful,professional and nice. The backsplash blends in perfect with the counter tops. Our counters are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend The Marble Center!

THEY DO NOT FOLLOW OREGON MASK MANDATES. I am a caregiver to my elderly mother who is at very high risk for COVID. We had a quote all ready to go from here. We went in their store today to pick out the granite for our countertops. Out of the 5 or so employees in the store, only 1 wore a mask (incorrectly mind you her nose wasn’t covered). My husband and I were irritated by that and finally said something when one of their employees kept standing close to us, unmasked. One of the ladies overheard my husband and I confronting 2 of the employees who didn’t have masks on, and literally came running from the back upfront to her office, where she put on her mask quickly. My husband and I went from the showroom to the managers office where only ONE person out of 6-7 employees was wearing a mask! We told them “this is why we’re in a pandemic at risk a year later, because people like you don’t care enough to wear a mask.” The manger apologized, yet everyone in the office looked at us like we were crazy, keeping their masks off. Then as we were pulling away in our car, one of the employees (still unmasked) smirked at us. My husband asked him if he had something to say and the employee just shook his head at us like we were crazy. I’m sick of wearing masks and being in a pandemic. And as long as businesses don’t enforce this, we are going to drag this pandemic out longer than we need to.

Just had my granite installed see photo's below. I want to thank all office and installer personnel for great communication and great workmanship. I received all revised phone calls and invoice updates as requested in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this vendor for repeat project.
