Every time I come here the employees are super helpful and go above and beyond to help. Particularly there was a super kind younger girl working (she had the cool glasses with the skeletons attached to them). She helped me package a super tricky item and get it shipped out ASAP. Without me asking for her help, she came around the counter and helped me cut up a box and package a heavy item that needed to go out today.
Super thankful for her!

Our local post office with great service, awesome friendly crew and one helluva gift shop!!
If you need help with your package, they will provide you with great advice. There are packing supplies available for you to use on their side table and bench. Very thoughtful and generous, IMHO.
They have a wicked selection of greeting cards too! And quirky gifts. Worth coming in for a browse because I am pretty sure you can find a cool last-minute gift here.
Recently, they started to sell flavored treats, like Milka chocolates with specialized flavors like Oreos, etc. Like I said, worth a visit.

In a society where decent customer service can be hard to find, I found an abundance of politeness and genuine human kindness. This is such a cute gift shop where you can get all your shipping done. I myself went for the notary service. It was so easy, dude knew what he was doing and it was beyond affordable. There were three people working and they had a good rapport with one another and you could tell they were just good people turned coworkers. I'm so grateful that getting something so mundane was made easy-peasy. Thanks guys!!

Mailing packages on the weekend can be difficult with most of the package stores closed early or not open at all. Mail Depot is a guaranteed dependable location. Their hours are convenient, their options and supplies are always just what I need. Bonus I could spend hours looking through the tchotchkes. Employees are friendly and helpful. Service is great.

I love the mail depot! I’ve used their print/fax/shipping services many times. The staff is always helpful and I will drive out of my way to come here. Cute little shop with lots to look at.

Secure place to prevent mail theft. Mail boxes are tiny but it’s better than having mail theft and it’s a secure place to get packages that might otherwise get stolen from the building cause it’s a locked building so they get left outside. It’s a physical address as opposed to a P.O. Box. It’s cheaper than getting a mail box from the post office or UPS.

Amazon spent millions and millions and millions of dollars to be able to deliver a package overnight and it takes mail depo 3 to 4 days to process overnight packages along with delivering terrible customer service

I hate dealing with shipping things. luckily, the mail depot is close by extremely helpful people. They even provide tape and bubble wrap. Find the lowest price and explain all my options.
