I took my 20-year-old wedding/engagement ring to be re-sized as a Christmas gift to myself. The Jackson Jewelers staff was extremely professional and helpful. My ring was done ahead of schedule, and even though it ended up costing $75 more, they honored the original quote. I’m SO happy to be wearing my beautiful ring again. I highly recommend Jackson Jewelers!

Took my Rolex timepiece in for service and was beyond impressed with the level of service and attention to detail given to my watch. It looked practically brand new. I have always known that Jackson's was the best in town. Have always taken my business there. However just last week I called about a custom piece and talked to Cynthia about it. She gave me incorrect information that about my mother's jewelry and I naturally became very upset. Brett had to step in and take care of the situation. l am not upset or angry with anyone or the store in general. Only disappointed that Cynthia was confused apparently and giving me incorrect information. From the message on the phone custom pieces of jewelry are handled by Cynthia. My question is why did she have incorrect information that led me to believe my mother's jewelry was gone and had been picked up over a year ago by me which I knew was not correct. Not trying to get Cynthia in trouble, but I was disappointed and upset that she seemed to be having a problem of some sort doing her job and giving me correct I formation. Sorry this is so long winded. I was going let it, but you asked. Thanks Lynda Andersen

Today was the most incredible day of my life. My now fiancé took me to Jackson Jewelers to see a ring that ended up being “the ring”!! From the time we walked in the doors to putting the ring on my finger and then walking out engaged to each other the experience was 5 star!!! Reveka was not only knowledgeable but an amazing host!
