We had received a discount coupon and my wife was looking for a necklace. Jessica helped her find one that she really liked and I was able to purchase it for her. We have delt with Harry Richies for years both in Salem and in Eugene and always find their staff fun to work with and the products of good value.

Staff was not very knowledgeable, friendly enough but very green to th industry. One example of that is a customer came in with questions to how stainless ateel holds up and does it tarnish or turn skin green. No one knew this answer. I answered. Customers shouldn't know more than the sellers.
