I acquired a couple of old revolvers. I did some cleaning, then researched them. Not knowing of this place, I was referred to this company.
The old guy who (didn’t) help with just a glance, he tells me one is junk, the other I had the cylinder out for safety reasons, he picks up the pistol, fiddles with trying to put the cylinder in backward, then ruffle hands it to me and tells me to put it together.
Then tells me it also junk.
One would think a hun expert, would at the very least know which way a cylinder goes in a revolver.
These pistols may or may not be junk. But I am not trusting a guy that don’t know breach end from muzzle end.

Do not send your firearms here. They will bend you over a barrel with overcharging fees. Next time I will do my research.

With out a doubt the best and friendliest gun store I have ever seen. Owned by two truly decent and kind people that know exactly what they are doing. Ron is a really kind honorable man who will not sell you something you won't enjoy. He has looked out for me from the first day I came in and I can't imagine shopping anywhere else. Doug is a master level gunsmith with all the machining tools on site and knows pretty much everything there is to know about building and repairing firearms. It's a friendly place with friendly people. They buy and sell used firearms and will order anything you want that is commercially available. What a great bunch of people. I will never shop any place else, they will find me anything I want.

Staff is horrible with customers, they were just talking with each other even when I'm trying to ask a question about a castle nut wrench which none of them knew what that was? I'm confused thought this was a firearms buy/sell/trade and repair place I must've been mistaken?

Some of the worst customer service I have had in my life. They were downright rude while I was trying to buy a gun from them. It worked out in the end, though, because it turns out they are shockingly overpriced, as well. I canceled my transaction and found the same gun for hundreds less not far away and that shop was actually friendly. I'm at a loss as to how these people stay in business; especially after reading other reviews.

Sure would have been nice to have been acknowledged as a customer instead of completely ignored by all the staff members in the building but that's okay I'll take my money elsewhere
