Delivery drivers often are in a rush and I understand why because they have many jobs, but they seem to pay attention to detail when putting my table together and I appreciate it .”

My husband and I ordered a custom-made armchair and the entire experience from A to Z was STELLAR.First of all, my husband and I look pretty young, and we find (too often) that salespeople don’t take us seriously, don’t talk to us, etc. and it drives our business away. But at Sid’s, we found the sales professionals kind and genuine. We felt at home and taken seriously. The salesperson was so helpful and made the process very smooth. Our chair had to be custom-made from scratch in Portland and they estimated it would take 2 months to arrive.The chair arrived faster, and the company followed up with timely and kind-hearted communication prior to and day-of delivery. The delivery people brought it right up to where it needed to go, with a smile. Again, I can’t rate Sid’s high enough. Next time we need furniture, we will 100% be back!”

He was patient, wanted to make sure we were happy with what we chose, he provided personal attention when needed and time for us to discuss when we need to make decisions. He provided options and suggestions but was never pushy and no add on warranty needed since the furniture has lifetime warranty and Dovetails carries quality wood furniture. Mainly wood products are sold here, like Amish and Mission style furniture but they have a variety like outdoor furniture & other styles as well. We are awaiting the beautiful swivel rocker/glider and ottoman we ordered!”
