Just bought a 2023 701 Supermoto from them. Gave me a great price, made the whole process as simple as can be, answered all my questions, and honestly treated me more like a friend than a customer. Very knowledgeable team, happy to help, honest about the pros/cons of the bikes they sell, and there is zero pressure to buy. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Big thanks to the Bill’s team!

Hate to write reviews but they deserve it. Took my previous bike there and they did a great job. Took my dual sport last year in and asked for an estimate. About a month later they said it was done and was 700+. Work I never approved. But I was happy to get the bike back. Took it out for a shakedown tonight before a weekend ride. Left me stranded 3 miles from home with the same issues as before. I'd call and ask them to make it right after assuring me the bike was good, but I don't think their service manager would care. Try Dan's or Cycle Country instead.

Was told they couldn’t do a tire change for me because my bike was “electric”. Seemed to enjoy denying me service as well ?

I'll try to keep this short. I'm NOT a mechanic. I like to ride but I don't work on my own bike. The most I've done is replace the battery and install a trickle charger.
I took my bike in to Bill's to have them replace a tire, change the oil, and give it a once-over since it'd been like 18 months since it's been in. Brian asked me how it was running and I mentioned it takes a long time to warm up, idles low, and backfires intermittently. He said they'd check it out. Brian called and said the screw on the fuel/air mixture valve (or something like that) was missing. They offered to replace it and it was very inexpensive.
After the work, the bike wouldn't start when I went to pick it up (by that time it had been at the shop for like two weeks because I opted for a tire they had to order). The battery was dead. When they jumped it, it sounded great and I realized it had been running really rough in comparison.
Then we noticed gas leaking, and it hadn't been before. I left the bike with them for further diagnosis. We learned the battery was shot. And they said they checked all the lines and it didn't leak gas after that. Best guess is something was knocked loose while messing with the battery. It has never leaked since.
I asked them to replace the battery, which they did. When I picked it up, they didn't charge me for labor.
Later, I noticed the pigtail for my trickle charger wasn't on the bike after the new battery install (or so I thought). I was sure it was missing. Did I mention I'm not a mechanic? I called and explained this. The guy I talked to said I could come by any time and grab one. When I did, he took one off the sales floor and gave it to me, no charge, no questions asked.
When I got home and took off the seat, etc., I realized the pigtail was there all along. I know. Don't ask.
Anyway, these guys are great, hard-working, and honest. Great customer service, even for a know-nothing guy who just wants to ride.
P.S. If I can swallow my pride, I'll either take the pigtail back, or go pay for it. ?

While the guys there are pretty nice DO NOT listen to them when they say they have a bank you can finance through. Freedom road finance is a nightmare to work with

Fastest tire change I've ever had. 15 minutes in and out and very quick to greet me at door. Has been some yrs since I visited the store and still feel like family. Definitely recommend bills for all your needs.

These folks know Husqvarna bikes, and they are very fair with pricing. I called two other dealers inquiring about activating the Explorer mode on my Norden 901, and the other shops wanted an hour of tech time to install the software (quoting $300-$350 total). Bill’s said “the software is $200, it only takes a few minutes so no extra fee.” The person on the phone also had great knowledge of known issues with the 890/901 platform and spoke frankly about resolutions.Looks like I’ll be making the trip down to Salem from Portland for anything related to my Norden!
