I went to get a chest dermal and the experience was 10/10. The lady at the front was kind and helpful. Onna did my piercing and she was amazing. Super quick and easy. She was very sterile, professional, kind, and thorough! The whole process from start to finish was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Staff were very nice! They talked me through it every step and it went swiftly and smoothly, definitely getting any future piercings there.

I arrived 30 mins early to my appointment, and after waiting 20 mins after the start time, I was still waiting. I was the 2nd customer to get there, and four customers who came aftet me got pierced before I did.

Have nothing bad to say, customer service is great, jewelry is reasonably priced along with whatever piercing you get. You do need to use their online portal for appointments, and bring/show ID but this isn't a big deal. They do young teens as well. I'm excited to book a tattoo with them soon as I have gotten several piercings and so have my kids.
