I have an old, delicate 24k gold chain I've had repaired twice here, the first repair was excellent. The second, not so much. I understand the delicacy makes for a difficult seamless repair. MOSTLY irritated that a tag kept on necklace was missing upon pick up. I thought maybe it was standard practice to use it for repair, had I noticed it missing during pickup I would have asked.

Went here bc F. Meyer Jewelers wanted to take my wedding ring for 1+ months to size and sodder. These guys did it in ONE DAY. Incredibly friendly service, as well. Highly recommend! ?????

I had an amazing experience here. I called to get my ring that I bought somewhere else sized down. The person on the phone was knowledgeable and kind. They told me it might take up to a week but it was done the day after I dropped it off and the quality of the job is impeccable, it looks like i bought it like this. Also after researching they were the best price in Roseburg. Highly recommend!

I went in there today looking for a specific size in a men's wedding band. Not only were they incredibly nice but super helpful. I found the perfect ring in the time that I needed it. I also spotted some other goodies and will be returning. Definitely 5 out 5 recommend more then any other jewelry store in the area.

Don’t go here. Was in a bad spot and had to sell some jewelry. Luckily i had looked up prices. I took it to them they offered me $180 I went the gold exchange and got almost $700 for the same items. I understand they need to make a profit but that much of a difference is just dishonest.They have beautiful jewelry but I wouldn’t sell them any

The ladies in there are so sweet. Prices are amazing! The jewelry is high quality. They do appraisals which I thought was pretty cool. I’m not sure if most places do? Also they said they could order stuff for customers.Definitely the place to go. We came in there right before closing without realizing, and they told us to take our time even though I’m sure they wanted to go home. Will be coming back in the future!!

Stopped by to get my wife's rings soldered together. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. dropped off the ring at noon and it was ready for pick up by 4:00. They also cleaned the ring and checked the stones. Wife is extremely happy. Highly recommend.

I appreciated very much that the young lady jeweler turned my fathers broken turquoise and sterling silver ring he wore for decades into a beautiful pendant for me to remember him! It turned out even better than I could have ever expected! They've always been so pleasant to work with!

Was so excited to have purchased a ring for half price that was on the estate sale. I made the purchase but the left the ring at the store so that it could be fixed. On my drive home I’m just so so so happy to get this ring, and I can’t wait. I’ve always wanted a princess cut ring. Then I get a phone call from them telling me they messed up and sold me the ring for the wrong price and that they will need to refund me. I’m devastated and I believe they should have honored the price they sold me the ring for. On top of that, I am told it will be 3-5 days before my refund comes in. I will never do business with this store again. All I got was a sorry and wait for your refund to hit your account. This was the saddest purchase I’ve ever made and I’ve never experienced anything like this.
