Had a friend go in there with her pet. And she over heard the girls at the desk talking badly about a client. Very very unprofessional. If I was the boss they all would be fired. And they said they were going to fire the client. Lol nope She's firing them and will never spend another dime at this place. It's a bunch of gossip girls. Very bad for business.,!!!!! Also never call back. Girls in the office a rude and very nasty. Roseburg and surrounding area is a small place. Everyone knows everybody. So you really should be careful who you talk about. Things get around when we don't even know it. Loose lips sink ships!!

If you’re looking for a honest and judgement free vet, steer clear from this practice! Does not support ethical breeders, they pick and choose who they want to help even if you have already paid for your visit. Extremely unreliable, called multiple times waiting for a dogs blood work (blood work that only takes twenty minutes to run) and they ignored my calls. When they did answer they gave me the run around and didn’t even have a clear answer for me - this was HOURS after the test. Isn’t a veterinarian supposed to be a resource to the animals and owners in their community?

Horrible service! Almost exactly what K L. said in her review, except they did give me an appointment for June 3rd, 2022 but we had to cancel our cats appointment due to a funeral and was told they would call right back with a new appointment. Our cat is progressively getting worse, so my wife and I have made several attempts to get him a new appointment. It is now July 20th (Nothing), so we called a vet in Canyonville that gave us an appointment. Surprise!!!...Parkway Animal Hospital called us back? (whaa?) and said that another vet had contacted them for our cats records and would we still like to stay clients with them in the future. We said yes and were put on hold. When the receptionist came back on the line she said that we were no longer clients since our cat had not been seen in the past three years (two of which they were closed during COVID or only accepting emergency pets) and that they were no longer accepting new clients. KL. We still get the same e-mails on a regular basis too. Would NEVER EVER Recommend, to ANYONE!!! They should change their name to Parkway Animal Rejecters. Our cats name is Carlos. He is a rescue pet from Saving Grace. Thank you Saving Grace for such an awesome Snowshoe cat. We love him very much.

I took a few kitties to this clinic on and off for over 10 years. When I had an emergency April 2022 for my kitty who needed an emergency euthanasia, I called and the girl who answered the phone told me that I was not an established client so they would not help me!! She said I have not been in since 2018 so they will not see my kitty or help her when she is dying!! There are two huge reasons for not being there since 2018. First, I am a senior citizen who cannot afford to get covid sick and this time period spanned the entire pandemic. Second, the last time I went there with a very sick kitty, the vet misdiagnosed him and gave me bad advice which would harm and worsen his condition. Since 2018, this clinic has continued to send me emails, one very recent, but still claimed I am not an established client. What??!! Beware of this clinic and I highly recommend you go elsewhere. They truly do not care for you or your beloved pet. They only care about money and that their clients keep coming in and giving them money. Disgusting!!

I have been an animal patient for 20 years. Call, had a sick cat. The girl on the phone could not find my charts for dog and cats....said she would call back with an appointment....she was very rude and of course never call back. One star

What a joke! I waited for a month to get an appointment because we were new patients then I show up for the appointment. Wait for 10 minutes on the phone for them to answer it. Then the technician come out to take my dog into a room without me. A dog they had never seen knew nothing about and just wanted to take her back and they were all rude on the phone and the tech wasn't that nice either I would never recommend this place !
