I used to love this store but the it has definitely gone downhill. I stopped by on my lunch to pick up ribbon, I waited in line to check out for almost minutes. I pushed the call button several times and still no clerk to checkout. Me and 2 other people put our stuff down and walked out. Looks like I will be doing more shopping on line.

Went here on Friday 5/3/24 around 10 am with my toddler daughter for some craft supplies. While we are shopping the EXTREMELY overpriced items, two cashiers were chatting it up with personal conversations by the fabric cutting area. An older gentleman walked up and said he'd been looking for someone to assist him because he's trying to get something nice for his wife. The cashier instantly snapped at him and said " Well there's only two of us here so...". It was quite bothersome, yes there was only two of them but they couldn't be bothered to step outside their personal conversations to assist this little elderly man. Not impressed with their customer service.

Always friendly. Most of the time they have exactly what I'm looking for. And when they don't, there is an acceptable alternative.

I love the seasonal section. They have great prices and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I'm not a crafter, but I enjoy going to Joann Fabrics for the home decor and holiday decorations. The decor items that I have purchased here are great, but there's a lack of inventory and the shelves are almost always bare. I would love to shop here more often if the store was better stocked.

Called ahead and made sure they had what I needed. Excellent service. In and out within 10 minutes.

I asked a staff member if they carried supplies for felting (which they do, but she very rudely told me otherwise.) She was so unbelievably rude and acted annoyed with my question. It was less than a 5 minute exchange, but an absolutely terrible interaction.
