“I rarely not find what I need.My last purchase has left me confused so I'm wondering if anyone else has ran into this.Icon tools had 20 off coupon. So I purchased a bolt extractor set it's 49.99 as a member my price was 39.99 at checkout I could not get the 20 of on the Icon tool because as a member I get a 10 percent discount so it wouldn't let them stack the coupon.So I was punished for being a member. I lost out on 10 percent. 10 percent as a member. 20 percent coupon. I feel like I should have received a 30 percent or at least the 20 percent.I'm wondering if anyone has ran into this as well. Or did I just get screwed”
“I've been to Lowe's a lot in many different places. This Lowe's is clean, well stocked and had very knowledgeable people. Plumbing: I've bought everything for a new bathroom. The guy working was a retired plumber so knew what he was veknowledgeable. I ordered an appliance package from Lowe's, also. There was no problem with items in stock or delivery dates. Cory Hammersley is fantastic to work with on appliances. He really knows his stuff! I recently bought a freezer there. It is nice and was a very good price. It is a brand that I haven't heard of but it's made by one of the bigger companies so I felt comfortable trying it. I definitely recommend Lowe's, especially, for all your major items. The other Home Improvement store in town didn't have things in stock and made ordering appliances a nightmare. I will be back for any home improvement items I need!”

“Apex Ace Home Center is on Stephens and is well marked so you can find it. And people do since there was a constant flow of people running in to get something and came out with a bag indicating they found what they needed. Interesting store. It doesn't have a big presence but it is an Ace Hardware. And they do, as the song say, have 'The Helpful Hardware Man'. The gentleman working there not only knows the inventory but took us to it. This was something Home Depot didn't have in stock. I definitely recommend and will be back. The value is excellent...and while you may pay a couple pennies extra on some items-it is so worth having someone who knows what they're talking about where the items are that you need. And they do it all with a smile. 5 stars!!”
