“This place has excellent gas prices typically is the same as Costco! Cheapest in town by far. I typically go to the seven feathers truckstop and the space age US market was less expensive. It's brand new so it's super clean and the customer service is excellent. They even have some champs chicken I had the champs chicken sandwich with pickles and it was really yummy.”

“I wish they were open more hours but the pharmacists and technicians are great. All of them. They check to see which card gets me the best price and just make going to the pharmacy easy, not hard. There used to be a heavy set gal with dark curly hair here that always made things ridiculous and had poor customer service skills. She worked the drive through mainly. If she's still there I don't know, I go inside.”
“I visit this store several times a week on my way to work for soft drink fill up & snacks & occasional purchase of hot items from the deli case. The long time morning staff is amazing! This is a busy store but they move people through quickly & are always friendly. Food is good. Deli case & stores are always clean & well stocked! I see evening crew less often but they are always helpful & efficient too! I hope the owner of this store pays their employees well. They deserve it! It’s so hard to find good employees anymore!! ?”

“Always a good place to go late at night when almost every other grocery store is closed except Sherm's. Though this is not a grocery store it's a convenience store, however, you can find food here. Mostly, If you are in a hurry then this is your place to go.”
“Walgreen Drug Stores are pretty much the same everywhere. They have the standard inventory. What differs is their service. We went there this week for the flu and our Covid booster. We arrived about 15 minutes before our appointment time to be safe since there is usually time in line and filling out the required form. The line was short and it was no time before we finished checking in and sat to be called. There seemed to be a couple people doing vaccinations since I saw two going in the little rooms. It took 30 minutes to get the paperwork and only 3 minutes to fill it out. Then we sat another 15 to get called in to get the vaccination. The gentleman apologized for being late as they had him running all over. He did a great job doing the injections so I could hardly feel it. But, it was close to an hour by the time we finished. Service has been good. The only thing is taking so long to get a vaccination, otherwise, it would be a 5. Service is everything. The store needs more help in the pharmacy area. FYI: The pharmacy closes from 1:30-2:00pm for a meal break. I think because they must have a pharmacist in the area when working and the pharmacist gets a half hour lunch break. They are closed Sat & Sun.”
“New to the area and found this rare gem of a store. It has more then just food and spirits but also has a deli and serves yummy burgers and such. The short blonde young lady could teach a class on customer service she is happy and helpful and made me feel like I was really valued. Also this place is so clean. “I really like going into this market/deli just for the customer service. There is one girl in there that is really sweet. I don't know her name, but she always makes sure I leave with a smile. Their food is awesome too. They have pizza and sandwiches and a full market. Totally worth going to.”

The cashier was super helpful & wrapped the snow globe nicely in a taquito wrapper LOL. Clean gas pumps & very clean store. Staff were all super friendly & helpful. Give them all raises!!”

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! Now that both Covid 19 Shots are complete I can comment on the customer service at this store. Pharmacy service was professional, polite and well organized. Wyatt and Doug gave me my shots and did an awesome job ! I don't like getting shots and there was no pain when given. After my last shot today (5-20-21 430pm) i shopped and checked out with my items at the front. The girl who checked me out was very friendly and helpful . Thank you !”

“My husband and I love shopping here. They have plants, farm supplies, cute clothes,irrigation you name it... I want to thank Larry in the irrigation and plumbing department. He came to our rescue big time!!!! We bought a shallow water pump to replace our old pump and couldn't get it to work right. My husband took a video of the difficulty with our pump... Larry looked at the video and said there were two switches working against each other. Since our water pressure tank already had a switch we didn't need the switch on the pump. He told my husband how to disconnect one of the switches. My husband followed Larry's instructions and now our water works perfectly. Thank you Larry!!!!”

“I have been in the Roseburg store many times and only once was I able to get something hot for lunch and that was years ago. Everytime I ask when will be getting it fixed or replaced and they say "it could be next week or next year, I don't know" What ?”

“My sons bottle spilled in the car and we had no food for him. We stopped here and the associate showed us where the formula was! They had his specific brand in stock and it was fairly reasonable. We also got a 6 pack of bottled water. The line at the cash register was long, but she got through it quickly and professionally. I had two methods of payment, check and card and she did it effectively. Everything was great.”

“Great prices for some things. If buying firearms, be aware, I'm an instant approval everywhere but here. Not sure if they entered my info wrong (as they had to clarify several things after entering my info). But it was disappointing. They have great unadvertised sales sometimes so it's worth a look every now and then. They limit some sales to 2 boxes of ammo per customer. Overall, it's become an addition to my ammo buying.”
