Customer service is no good. Purchased 80lb bags of Sakrete concrete that was a bad batch. Photo shows Sakcrete on left and quickete on right. Not Lowes fault that the batch was bad, but the manager could care less. Didn't ask if we wanted a refund, and was not bothered that we said we will just go back to Home Depot.
I will be reaching out to Sakrete about the mix issue, but you would think Lowes would want to atleast see what they can do to resolve the issue, or look out for others that might buy that batch.
So if you buy anything from Lowes, just know there is an unlikely hood they will help if there's a problem.
I'm tired of bad customer service and will also be reaching out to there corporate office to let them know.

They have a variety of options in their garden center. We purchase wave petunias for my moms planters every summer. We purchased 12 flowers for planting. Quick and easy transaction. I was impressed that they stock snacks and drinks in the garden center as well, so you can pick up snacks or drinks without going in the store when you purchase your plants.

Gotta Love Lowe's it's got some loans the better prices for products that I've seen and better quality of products I've seen when it comes to home improvement

My only issue is that there needs to be more people available to help out, some departments are a ghost town
Really enjoy the Garden Department and help seems readily available there

So sad worst customer service ever. Talked to manager Shannon, she was offended by me telling her training and customer service is her responsibilities. She goes on to say She's offended and will not continue the conversation because there's no resolution and hung up on me.
Obviously the entire store is a disgrace to the Lowes brand!

If you need help with grills I highly recommend Steven! He listened to me when it came to my experience (or lack there of) and needs and then recommended accordingly. He was honest about other customer feedback and was excellent to work with

There was one checker at 11:00 in the morning on Saturday. It was so busy. We waited in line for about 30 to 40 minutes to get checked out. I hate self check outs!!!! It will be a while if I go back.
