Had so many bad experiences with these people along with a neighbor of mine! They need people working there that actually like to help people. Just tried to call them and the recording said leave a message, then said the mailbox was full and hung up on me. This is a business that should be open with a phone that works! They are a joke! People that say they got great service must be getting paid to say so!

Watch out here. I called ahead to see if they repaired Craftsman Chainsaws. They said absolutely. I left the chainsaw and was told about 10 days to 2 weeks. I called two weeks later to be told they couldn't find all the parts. When I arrived to get the saw, they charged me $40 labor. I received a bag of parts and the saw. What a disappointment.

These guys are super nice. I was in desperate need of a carburetor bowl gasket. Called, they happened to have one but where closing in 5 minutes. They stayed until I got there and saved the day for me.

Excellent service. Pricing the same as Amazon. etc. Helped me put together a leaf gutter blower attachment for my Stihl Works great. Support your small businesses. It pays to see first hand what you are buying. Also bought a Stihl leaf blower from them years ago. Works great.
