Eric was right by the door and greeted us right away . He asked us if we had any body pains , and how we slept so he can show us what he thought we would like based of our Answers . Very knowledgeable and really allowed my fiance and I to make our own choice never felt rushed . Highly recommend you goHere !

Keith was the absolute BEST! He was able to find the exact bed we were looking for (when we couldn't remember the name of the model) and gave us all the options for accessories, delivery and payment options so we could decide what works best for us with no pressure. Highly recommend!Update: Bed & frame delivered today, and once again amazing service, this time from Cody and Wyatt. They were fast, efficient, and courteous. Wonderful company. Wonderful staff!

We bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress twenty one years ago from Bed Mart. They were very easy to work with and they took care us. So we went back to them to buy a new adjustable frame andTemp-Pedic mattress. We purchased a split king. Keith took care of us. The white glove service was outstanding. Our sleeping is so much better. We are so thankful we went back toBed Mart. I highly recommend going to to Bed Mart if you are look for any kind of bed.

We can't thank Keith enough we are so happy with our bed, we wake up thankful every morning we are still saying, "I love our new bed". Service, additional products purchased, taking the time with us, if there was a 6 star rating thats where we would fall. It was a big purchase and move for us we also appreciate Jeremy working with us as well on a comfort exchange, after a lot of testing we did upgrade which is exactly why we can say we love our bed, thanks team!

My spouse and I recently bought a new mattress from BedMart, our first new mattress in far too long. We just stopped in to see what our options might be, but Keith patiently walked us around the store and showed us the mattresses that fit within our budget and style. He was so patient and seemed to genuinely care that we left with something we’d be glad to sleep on for a long time. After an hour of testing things out, we left with brand new pillows and sheets. The scheduled delivery came right on time and few days later, and we’ve been sleeping happily ever after. I can’t recommend this local chain highly enough. Thanks Keith!

We popped in to look around for a new mattress. We weren’t exactly planning on buying one today unless it was a perfect deal so we were simply browsing. Jeremy greeted us and off we went. He couldn’t have been better at what he does. Not only does he understand the product but he looks at what we wanted not just what he could sell us. He was really nice, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. It made the experience a breeze. Really personable guy. He didn’t hover but he showed us enough stuff with comparisons so we could get a good idea of what we wanted. The store has lots of options with varying price points. We’re thrilled with our purchase and can’t wait to get it to sleep on. Thank you so much!!!

Went in to look at mattresses and was greeted by Jeremy. He was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable; it was a completely pressure-free environment and he didn’t try to sell me their most expensive mattress. Instead he took the time to listen to my needs, educate me, and get me on the right mattress for my body.The showroom is clean, inviting, and well-stocked.I wouldn’t hesitate to send people here — just be sure and ask for Jeremy!

I purchased a Tempur-Pedic king mattress and dual adjustable bed frames at the NE Airport Way store with the assistance of Expert Sleep Consultant, Jeremy Kirk early Oct 2023. Jeremy was welcoming upon my entering the store, spent much time explaining the different types of mattresses, pros and cons, pricing, etc. Though I wanted a Tempur-Pedic the price was off-putting. Jeremy showed me a very affordable Tempur-Pedic and informed me of Bedmart’s financing plan. That was all I needed to seal the deal. The mattress and bed frames were delivered 4 days later and the delivery staff were courteous, professional, and kept me well informed of their arrival time. My husband and I are repeat BedMart customers and will always shop there for our mattress needs! Thank you Jeremy for helping us get a great night’s sleep at a great price!
