I returned one pair of shoes because I had two left shoes With two different Sizes. Today March 30 I go to put on a pair of shoes on my son and realize that it’s too left feet and two different sizes again I’m just so frustrated and I went through hoops and loops last week to get them to correct the last order that was not correct.And what makes it frustrating is that they get mad at you and want to say there’s nothing that they can do but it’s their job to check to see if there’s A left foot and a right foot And The same size. I’ve tried calling the store today, but the number they have online it won’t even ring it just hangs up. I’m So Frustrated.

So I went to easy Lloyd center where it's completely deserted but there are some stores that remain and one of them was this store it was not only was it vibrant and fun and exciting and new it was also a blast of the past you look for anything like Bart Simpson or any of the Looney tune type of feel you'll get it with a bit of a glamor to it I had a lot of fun with the people there they were so nicethey were non-judgmental they were helpful and their prices are amazing when I went it was buy one get one free off of items that were already 70% off what an amazing dealI left there with two outfits and a couple of shirts for $35 if you're looking for Adidas Nike or any of those types of brands and or you're looking for awesome shoes you need to try them take a look at them they're good people and what a fun time I had

Bought some shoes while on a trip to SF, made sure to check I could return them at this store if needed. Shoes didn't work out but by the time I'm back in town to return them the mall is closed due to a power outage. Unfortunately my household was hit with COVID during that time and I had to quarantine for 10 days. Finally made it to the store to return some brand new, unused sneakers and I'm told they can't accept them because it's past 30 days. I try to explain why but nope, don't care, past 30 days, no one else to talk to about this except to call customer service. So I call and I'm told I need to text the District Manager but no answer there whatsoever. Things are tough and everyone is struggling, not sure why Shiekh is actively making even more difficult to get by...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I bought a pair of very cute, sparkles sandals. I wore them not even 5 days before the bottom fabric was falling off completely! I could not even wear these shoes after a week of owning them. I contacted customer service and they said return them in the box that they came in and they would refund me. (Why would I have kept the box? Like I was planning on sending them back the whole time?) anyways, Got an email saying sorry, the shoes you ret

Great customer service in store, but I will say one worker convinced me to get a monthly subscription with the pair of shoes I was going to buy in store, which to start is a cool idea, but I not only waited 2 months for my box to come through, but when it came in it didn’t even have the shoes I originally wanted from the store (the worker told me I’d get the pair I wanted along with other goodies) and the other things inside were HORRIBLE. I’d NEVER wear the things they actually sent me, but again I’m more upset over the fact they couldn’t even give me the shoes I had originally purchased. Now, and probably the most important thing, I can’t get ahold of anyone. They have an email that no one responds to and their phone number is disconnected. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, but just because the workers are nice 1 seems fair.

Do not purchase online from this place. I ordered something from them and they are not able to provide shipping confirmation or a timely ETA on the shoes I purchased. I have not even received shipping confirmation or a order number. If you don’t order from PayPal you will have no confirmation had to call customer service after 5 days just to get any info.
