Stopped in late Friday (12/4/20) to just get some questions answered. I'm new to this and trying to my head wrapped around the process and anticipated costs. Cody was at the front and was ready to answer my questions. He went through the different flooring types available and even went over the pros/cons of each type. He also discussed other pitfalls that homeowner's can get into when not properly informed. Cody went as far as to generate a super quick quote, based on estimate of square footage, labor, etc. He also discussed installation lead times and what was/wasn't covered by the installers. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I'll be back to start and finish my project with Sherwin-Williams. Thanks!

We had to get new carpet and flooring placed in one of our apartments "toot sweet." We looked around helplessly, crying out "oh dear, what shall we do"? Then we heard some thundering noises off in the distance, and who should come flying into our midst but the floor-covering team from Sherwin-Williams. They completely took over and worked from early morning until late in the evening and got the carpeting and flooring job done perfectly. This was all very impressive, and the fellows on this team were cheerful and helpful throughout the whole process plus they left the place spotless. When we showed our new resident the apartment next afternoon, he was knocked out and told us how super we were, and we nodded, smiled, and thanked him, but winked at each other because we knew who the really super people were - the Sherwin-Williams Floor-covering Team.
