I placed a pickup order at this location and it was done 50 minutes early. I have tried to pick up at the Beaverton location on Murray. As I live in Beaverton and they are always out of items or the order 3 to 4 hours late or not completed at all. On 2 occasions I have had to go inside and help them finish my order. So to see that my order was so quickly done and professionally handled is amazing. I'll go out of my way to make this my store.

I'm new to this state and this Grocery store is the closest to my new address. I'm sorry I don't mean to be critical, but I felt very unwelcome in this particular Safeway store. It was very noticeable the employees seemed tense and rushed in doing their jobs. Call it a vibe I picked up on, but I asked a few simple questions in regards to club cards to shop there. You think I was asking them to pay for my groceries. All I got was rushed answers like don't bother me old man. It was not my imagination the store comes across as very rude and I honestly don't want to go in there again. However I don't think I'm going to have much choice in Grocery sores near me. So I guess I will add. You speak to me rudely again I won't be as considerate of your employees again. I will March right to Safeway Management and complain.

I was waiting 10 minutes at guess service and when someone finally came out to help me, I didn't know how to use the computer, I wasted half an hour waiting so that in the end they could never help me

Bad customer service. A skinny thin lady was rude to me. She wasn’t professional talking to me.
I was there to pick up the groceries i bought online. Maybe she doesn’t like the fact that she needed to do someone else job.

The store is moderately priced, and their deli has good, cheap Chinese food and regular deli food. Sometimes the potato wedges can be old and dried out, but it's easy to visually assess.

In store music system was playing religious music. "God is watching you." Its a safeway, not a church. I made a scene.

They treat some customers like they arent welcome. I returned bottles, not knowing they had daily limit.
Took my receipts home thinking I'd cash them in next day.
Went in next day. They wouldn't cash them in. They explained their reasoning, but did so with contempt. Said they had signs up telling customers,"if you return bottles that they mush be cashed same day". The daily limit prevents that tho. There's no signs explaining.
There is a Homeless Shelter VERY CLOSE to Safeway. Homeless people collect cans and redeem them at Safeway. They treated me with contempt. They were rude as possible. They showed me no respect....they never allowed me to cash in the receipts. They did not return my bottles.
I might not be homeless, but I DEFINATELY needed that money. I complained to Corperate. The Manager of Safeway has never bothered to reply to me in any way.
Safeway has no intention of treating me in a civilized manor - they decided Im not worthy.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SAFEWAY. I have spoken with the manger, Rick, who is very nice himself but has continued to enable his associates to speak rudely to customers. I was cussed out and spoken to in an awful manner by an associate tonight and a customer also chimed in! How appalling that a community empowers hatred like that when someone stands up for themselves. I’ve had so many bad moments in this store I can’t even fathom setting foot in there to shop for myself or any platform. So sad that this is the closest Safeway to me. Customer service on 000.

We usually come here for a mix of in-store shopping and online pickup orders. Inside, it’s super clean and organized with a great selection for the size. Our pickup orders are usually brought out by a guy named Dominic and he’s been great. Definitely glad to have this as our local grocery store!

We had issues with an order due to the winter storm, and they were very flexible and accommodating — really saved us from my mistake!! Figured it was worth some appreciation. If you are, for some reason, choosing which Safeway to go to based on google maps reviews, then I highly recommend this one.

I was there soon after the store opened. Lots of activity cleaning & stocking. Everyone very friendly. Found everything I needed.
