I've been using this pharmacy for about a year. My prescriptions are often running out during time periods that I'm busy on night shift stretches. This pharmacy manages to fill my prescriptions often in under 30min. Rebecca deserves a raise as she managed to transfer a prescription from a separate pharmacy, fill it, and get it ready for pickup in under an hr. She was off the clock 10min later and could have easily placed that as a problem for tomorrow. Beautiful job to you all. Thank you.

Love the staff here. There are so many times when I'm rushing to get off work and make it before they close. They have literally been life savers. I like being helped by the same familiar faces instead of a revolving door like CVS. They don't treat everyone like their homeless. They make sure insurance and eveything is up to date on file. I have been going to them for a while now and appreciate all that they do. Thank you so much from Meme 10/10. ???

The service I received from this pharmacy was absolutely mind blowing! Jasmyni went so far above and beyond what any reasonable expectation would be. She took such a human approach to the situation when the practical thing would have been to say it was a complicated situation and good luck. I called at closing time, and she dropped what she was doing to make sure I got my daughter the medication she needed. She considered all aspects of why I was running into the issues I was. She called other pharmacies, medical providers and insurance companies to figure out what was happening. She did this and more with the expectation that she would have had somebody drive the medication 100 miles to my house because I told live locally. I'm not saying it's reasonable to expect this much if you use this pharmacy but understand that they care enough to try for you. The amount of empathy and compassion I received for something that could have easily been brushed off is astonishing. I told her how amazing she was being and she (kindly) dismissed the idea because she thinks this is the type of service we should receive for something as important as access to medication despite how things actually operate in the modern pharmacy environment. I don't think a lot of people realize how difficult it is to work in them right now due to the lack of available staffing and resources in the industry. This is the story of an unsung hero who didn't want recognition for what she was doing because she simply wanted to help and found herself in a situation where she was able to make a difference. I've been to other pharmacies and have been incredibly frustrated with the lack of even one star service but had no choice other than to choose the least bad option since its the best I had. I wish they were close enough to use on a regular basis and I may still make them my primary pharmacy even though they aren't local to me. Thank you Jas so much for all of your help!

I’ve been using Credena PPMC Plaza for a few years, and this pharmacy consistently exceeds my expectations. The staff is friendly, professional, and know what they’re doing. I’ve used multiple large pharmacies that shall remain nameless and the experiences have bordered on painful. Credena PPMC gets my prescriptions filled quickly, accurately, and with excellent customer service. When I arrive early and a prescription has yet to be filled, I grab a number and rarely wait more than 10 minutes. If I have questions, the staff doesn’t act put out about having to find answers. Highly recommend!

Once again terrible service at this pharmacy. I received a text stating my prescriptions were ready. I go today and guess what they're not ready. I'm sorry I don't feel like waiting 35 minutes for prescriptions that were supposed to be ready. This is not first time it happened unfortunately. I'm going to look for a new pharmacy today was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I used to go to the Fred Meyer pharmacy and they were regularly late filling my prescriptions and super slow. I’ve never had such problems with Credena, the employees have always been wonderful, they now know me by name and are super helpful. Having a serious chronic medical condition, I have to use the pharmacy very frequently, so I appreciate them so much!
