Literally was in the door and the guy opened the other door, I moved out of the way to let him out and he grabbed the door and said we are closing for 20 minutes. Will never stop by here again. It was 6pm on a Friday. Clearly getting high with his cronies in the back

I've been living here for 3 years and somehow the store is always closed now... Every time Darlene works she will 100% close the store to do any number of things. She will then make an excuse as to why she had to... "ahh the machine broke, Sorry hun I was mopping, oh I had to close everything because someone stole."

Randomly closed throughout the day, for indeterminate periods of time. Signs normally say either for a short time, or for ten minutes; however the time ranges from 10 minutes to close to two hours in the past. It's also close to impossible to find out ahead of time if they're open at the time as they don't answer the phone a majority of the time.If you stop and they happen to be open, that's great the staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. But if you live close by, or make a habit of stopping on your way to work or elsewhere, it's a crapshoot if they're actually available or not.

Best staff around!!! This is by far my favorite Plaid Pantry!! Clean, fast, and friendly service. Staff went over and beyond to help me when I was lost!! They just don't make humans like these anymore!! Send my love to these lovely ladies and tip them if you're able, thanx a ton!!

Update 9/1/23, still a 1 star. They keep closing at night. It was from 3am ish to 5am or so, but now? I went to this location last night at 1:20 a.m., The advertiser open 24 hours a day? The guy last night, he now closes at 1:00 a.m.? I mean that's right in the middle of grabbing the last beer, it was a Friday night for crying out loud? I mean you guys can't even stay open until at least when the beers hours are still going? I mean, 1:00 a.m. you guys? Yeah avoid this location, it sucks. They keep closing earlier and earlier and earlier. Yeah this is definitely is not 24-hour store so avoid this place. Lame. I see the owner used to respond to Google reviews, but with this many negative ones that looks like they've stopped5 years ago:A couple employees are extremely rude. My memories of this particular store are fond. However, this time I was in and out in a few minutes but the cashier obviously watched me down every aisle, treating me like a thief. I know it's a tough area but damn. I won't return

Chubby dude with a mullet and glasses asking people to put money in their tip jar was very strange. They asked several customers after their transactions: "you mind putting a couple bucks in the tip jar?" Ridicoulous. And they're always condescending. Not sure if aspburgers or just rude.

Tried to visit 3 times in the last hour. First time, door was chained up, but no sign. 15 minutes later, there was a "Be Back Soon" sign. 40 minutes later, lady that worked there was actively chaining up door and yelling at customers outside.

I came into the store and told him I was going to spend $15 on lottery as he was scanning my tickets. He ended up cashing me out and would not serve me. I will NEVER stop here again for I don't like being disrespected. How do they stay open? 6/14 I went there again and once again I was cashed out without being able to buy more lottery tickets. I will not be back. No more chances.
