I was very pleased with my appointment with Heath Meir, PA for Dr. Manoso. After researching various doctors, I decided on Dr. Manoso. I saw his PA, Heath Meir, who was very thorough, kind, caring, professional and knowledgeable about my case! This made me feel very confident in my choice of Dr Manoso's office. My medical history is very detailed and I needed direction in my care. After my visit it was decided that the best conclusion at this time was physical therapy. I was happy with this decision. It's wonderful to be heard and understood. I would be happy to refer any of my family and friends to this office.

They got me scheduled the day after I called! The new patient paperwork went very easily; online. Check-in was great, I was seen on time. Everyone was very professional and competent.

Erica is wonderful in all aspects! She is kind, attentive, personable, and takes the time to explain what and why she is doing it. She informed me of what to expect and the different outcomes possible with my condition. This was my second visit and the first with her and if I need to return I will be seeing her. Thank you Erica!

The care they give each patient is exceptional!! I was so scared of the procedure and all their staff made me feel comfortable and secure. They explained each procedure and they were so sweet and kind. From the receptionist to the anesthesiologist...Irecommend Orthopedic and Fracture Specialist to everyone!! I have gotten to know Crystal over the last couple of years. She is extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain my issues in laymen terms and ensures that I understand what she is telling me. As incredible as her technical skills are her bedside manner is even more amazing . Thank you Crystal for all that you do to help us old folks stay active. Absolutely amazing service from every staff member! A very cohesive and caring group of professionals who genuinely care about your wellbeing. Incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly and through in their practice and it shows. They came recommended to me by another family member who also has had nothing but accolades for this clinic and now I know why. I’m so grateful to find compassionate quality healthcare professionals. Very impressed by the facility. They seem to have everything you could want for Occupational medicine in one building. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ashley Woods PA listened to my concerns and talked about all possibilities for treatment. Feel like I understand what all the next steps are going to be and left the building with a couple different options for treatment. Look forward to my next appointment and treatments. I know with this team the problem will get solved!

Dr Workman was highly recommended to me. After my first visit I was not disappointed. Everyone from reception to MAs to Dr Workman herself were professional, efficient, on time, and communicative. Looking forward to putting my knee matter in her good hands!

If I could give them -5 stars, I would. I went there for surgery on my wrists since I shattered both of them in a Lime scooter down pound accident (not safe). Trimet 1 Lime scooter 0… but I digress. I arrived at the clinic 2 hours after they closed thinking it was an Emergency room. After my actual appointment I wanted to schedule my surgeries on Christmas Day but they were unaccommodating and rude. Upon arrival to my strenuously scheduled surgery on Lime scooter, I asked them to play don’t Stop Believing on repeat for the 6 hour surgery and they aggressively refused. The surgery took 3 TRIES and a total of 30 hours and my wrists bend the wrong way (cool party trick but not functional) all in all a terrible experience and would not recommend. My next surgery is scheduled for the day after thanksgiving at 6am. I will arrive by Lime

I have been a patient at Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists for more than a year, and Andy Stanton, PA-C, has provided my primary care. Andy is very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, efficient, and professional. He listens to my concerns and then offers suggestions and options, always explaining each carefully, then allowing me to make informed decisions. And I have been pleasantly surprised to learn first-hand that his injection procedures are pain-free. In addition, every person I have encountered at this health care facility from check-in to check-out has been top notch.And besides all of that, Andy is young and handsome. What’s not to love about Orthopedics + Fracture Specialists?!?

This week I had the pleasure of working with the entire amazing health care professionals at Othopedic + Fracture team! We could only wish for every organization we all deal with on a daily basis to have their exemplary professionalism & positive attitudes & efficient processes. I came in last week due to a serious hip pain & hand crush issue. From the moment I entered the office & worked with the very pleasant, positive & organized administrative team, to the fabulous radiologist to the fantastic Dr. Bettencourt & PA Erica Fazzini. Every single person was upbeat & executed their jobs extremely well & I am thankful & appreciative beyond words. Dr. Bettencourt spent time listening, analyzing my X-rays & then providing accurate next steps towards resolving my serious hip pain. Showed me some techniques to use to resolve my hip issues too. PA Erica Fazzini also is fantastic! Listening, reviewing my hand X-rays & communicating the status of my hand injury. My wife also had a great knee surgery experience this spring with Dr. Andres. I hope you don’t have orthopedic needs, but if you do I would strongly recommend this world class team of professionals. Every single staff member!

My experience with Dr. Kurian and his Team was exceptional. The doctor appointments were more of a conversation vs. a bunch of information spoke at me. My questions and concerns were answered with care. The surgery went as planned and the post op visit confirmed the success. I would recommend Dr. Kurian for any orthopaedic needs.

Todays Date - 8th August 2023I have been to Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists twice (Once at Murray Scholls and another time at Barnes). I have seen Dr. James S. Davitt and he is good and informative.Today I was visited them as I took a fall while skateboarding a month back. After waiting on the pain to recover I still had some pain around my elbow and hence, 2.5 weeks ago I got todays appointment. Also, I had called them multiple times confirming if they can pre-pone and I was constantly referring to my location as Murray Scholls.When I went in today, I was told my appointment is at Barnes and not Murray Scholls. I told the guy at front desk that nobody corrected in my past 3 calls with them. He told me I will have to be rescheduled. Considering I have been waiting on this for the past 2.5 weeks with major discomfort, I was just told that nothing can happen.Also, It was 10 minutes left to my appointment time and I was 20 mins away from the Barnes location. I insisted I drive there as I. would have just been 10 minutes late. But, RESCHEDULE was the word!! I have question, in my both visits I waited like 20-30 minutes for the Doctor. I don't remember creating a fuss about it or asking for discounted prices.I believe what tells a lot about a facility is how they deliver in goof-ups (especially o when it's their's).Moreover, please start sending text reminders with your appointment details instead of sending gazillion email notifications to fill the forms.I had recommended this facility to my wife and a friend. I guess that no longer is going to happen. And please do not respond with stuff like "Thanks for reaching out and what not" If you guys cannot take me in this week, no need for template responses that you provided on other 1 star reviews.AGAIN, Doctors are good and informative. Staff management and crisis handling is a mess. I gotta live with this pain till I find a new facility altogether.

Efficient and welcoming intake process, clinical support staff very kind and professional. Dr Manoso provided a thorough exam and shared his clinical reasoning and treatment rationale with clear explanation and imaging.
