Quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. Feels like an old friend is helping you. I found my forever bike place.

They just weren't particularly helpful.

I bought two old touring bikes from this shop, though not bought at the same time!)The first bike was fine. Well, except the part where I rode in the rain and the brakes stopped working. The second one sprang a flat tire after 15 minutes of road time.I took it back in, expecting some sort of customer service. Instead, they charged me to fix the flat.I left the bike in the car when I got home because I was tired. When I got around to unloading it a few days later, I immediately noticed another flat. I emailed the shop to see what their return policy on used bikes was. I was told there was none. But I could bring the bike in and they'd take a look. This time, I tried to leave without paying for the flat.I tried.... and I never looked back.PS we paid $300 for each bike. You can get one on Craigslist for <$100 any day of the week.

Terrible customer service. I bought a kryptonite lock that was defective (the key gets stuck sometimes) and they refused to return it. They kept saying it sticks because it's new, it sticks because it's an entry level lock. NO, IT STICKS BECAUSE ITS DEFECTIVE. I tried to explain but they didn't care and just dismissed anything I had to say.

As other reviewers noted, this feels like a true bike shop. The owners are knowledgable, patient, and professional. In the three times I've been in during the last year, I have never been upsold, and they have twice fixed the issue on the spot. They've advised me on how to avoid repeating an issue (I was overpumping my tubes and causing many unnecessary flats). Highly recommend.

Friendly, thorough service. Got new tires on my old Schwinn plus some chain and brake system adjustments and tune-ups for a reasonable price. Jimmy's the man!

This is what I expect a Bike Shop to be. Local, warm..."Mom & Pop" type place. Jimmy was awesome. Brought my recently purchased hybrid bike back up to like-new riding condition at a price that beat any other shop in the area, and all same-day. This will be my go-to for any work or parts I need.

Walked in with my bike on a Saturday afternoon, and was able to leave after 15 minutes with two repaired tires. Jim was very friendly and provided extra advice on other maintenance issues.

I was a little nervous but the owner was super thoughtful, patient, and knowledgable. He was able to answer all my questions, gave me a reasonable and realistic and timeframe for the fix I need, and at no point did I feel rushed, hassled, or patronized. This was a big relief since I was worried about a big curfuffle. The price for the fix seemed reasonable, and I left happy to know more about my bike.

Super strange business model of locking customers out and then questioning them when they try to go in the front door at 10:45am on a Friday. Screen door locked, wanted to check out some parts but didn’t feel the need to the unwelcome arrival. Overall bad experience, also didn’t have clamp on MTB grips in any way. I understand safety concerns but this was not a welcoming and open shopping environment.

Wanted 25$ plus the 10$tube to change a tire. Looked like a husband and wife team and I did not feel welcome there...

Jim and Sue are attentive, responsive, accommodating and acted more so as consultants rather than sales people. I paid 135$ for labor and several used parts - what a fair deal!I brought my bike in on a Friday, and Jim was able to get it done by Saturday. I paid $100 for parts, and despite the labor rate being $100 per hour, I was pleasantly surprised to find they did not take any liberties with the time it took to get my bike up and running. Honest bike shop with great people - YOU SHOULD COME HERE!

Very friendly, prompt and helpful service every time I visit. Great at communicating what needs to be done, costs and options.
