It's been just over a year now and Im still here. Edith is hands down one of the friendliest, most capable, absolutely aware, very knowledgeable, and toughest managers that lives on site. I've met some live on-site managers in the past and have not once been impressed. Edith, you are AMAZING. Thank you for being understanding, thank you for treating people's property in units like it's your own. Myself and I'm absolutely sure many other really appreciated your work ethic and how you go above and beyond. You rock!

I work in events so I rent storage units all of the time all over the country. Working with Edith at Northwest Self Storage was awesome and super easy. She's very good at her job and so very friendly and helpful. When I needed to update my credit card, she made it easy. When I need a local team to swing by and grab a key to make a pickup, she made it easy. Tell anyone who needs storage in Portland that Edith is the best!

Came in yesterday and the lady that runs the place was off sick, but bless her heart she made sure my grandson and I were hydrated and safe. I didn't realize how long we had been there going through stuff or how hot we were both getting. Edith came out to check on us and brought us some cold waters. This lady really is a cut above. It is nice to know she keeps her eyes out for the people here, and not just her job.

I have gone through lots of storage units. This one is by far my favorite. I always receive the help I need by the on-site manager and she is very sweet!!!

Online rental process was easy. The on-site manager, Edith, is super friendly and helpful. The entire complex appears very clean and secure.

I love NW Self Storage on SE 26th. I have been using this facility for quite a while now. This facility is clean and has great units. Edith is amazing. She can answer all your questions. She’s a delight. I highly recommend this facility highly.

I was having prob whit the payment going true, I end up getting charge a late fee,so I when and talk to manager, Explaint my situation, She was very kind. She resolved my issue right there no question ask. The manager was very kind and welling to fix the problem ?

I've had a unit at NW Self Storage for 12 years, and no problems at all till 2 days ago. A computer installation months ago had messed up my account, and manager Edith called me about it. Today we sat down and Edith figured it out, corrected the problems, and solved it! Terrific...12 years and only 2 days of problem, which ended entirely happily. Very happy with the facility...and the manager!

The manager here is pretty nice and very understanding. Locker wasn't the greatest but at least it wasn't all Garbage like the place in Gresham.
