I have worked with Erin and David and their team at MB Tax Professionals for 15 years now and I cannot believe 5 stars is all Google will let me give them. Advice, professionalism, attention to detail and future planning help for tax needs on both personal and business returns is beyond expected. You couldn’t partner with a better firm to get your tax life in order.

Thanks to the MB Tax team, they take all the stress out of completing my taxes. They offer secure online options to receive and send my documents as well as detailed worksheets to gather any potential information needed. I have been using MB for many years so I generally know what is needed each year. When I do have a question, my preferred method of contact is email and they have always been great at responding within a reasonable timeframe. I try to support locally owned, family businesses. Definitely recommend MB as they have been very personable and knowledgeable for all of my tax needs.

It super pains me to post this bad review. Pandemic aside, we have felt ignored with our tax needs for the last 5 years really. No advice on what’s going on with quarterly taxes, no quick response. It’s like no one is ever in the office. We unfortunately, had to move on to another accountant, and already I feel much more taken care of. I never received a response from them after telling them we were no longer using their services, no email, nothing ….. crickets

I have been coming to Erin and David for a very very long time. I am loaded with questions and never quite have all my info and they are so patient and kind and work with me to get the business taxes straight, the families taxes straight and guide me through payroll and all that goes with that. I HATE the preparation and duplicate info so I don't miss anything and somehow they can take my piles of notes and papers and get the job done. ?

Pains me to give 1 star because pre-pandemic the service was so incredible but David’s team completely dropped the ball on my family’s taxes last year and we had to pay late fees on state and federal. Despite several lapses in communication and lack of transparency into process, they never credited my account. I cannot recommend them.

Very poor experience working with them. I actually ended up having to do my taxes myself on Tubotax because of their lack of response.Here's the timeline:- Provided the background information for my 2020 tax return in June 2021- They only provided me with a first draft to review on Oct 15th, 2021, the day the extension ends- There were a number of errors / mistakes and I provided my full feedback- Last heard from Erin Murpy, my tax preparer, on November 30th and received a message stating that I would have my updated tax return on December 1st 2021.- I NEVER RECEIVED ANOTHER UPDATE FROM ERIN!- It seems like she "ghosted me"I find this highly unprofessional and would advise caution for anyone considering to work with this firm.I ended up just buying turbotax and doing my returns myself.

Tanner is literally the best!! A true professional. He has made it so easy for me with my small business. I have 10,000 questions and then 10,000 more. He always has answers and willing to help me through. I could not ask for a better accountant on my side.

This was the first year my partner and I had to file taxes for our business and can't recommend Erin enough. She was very communicative and patient as we had lots of questions going in. She had an answer for everything and was always willing to explain in terms we could understand.

Dealing with taxes in the past has left me anxious and overwhelmed. Not only do David and staff have an incredible depth of knowledge for tax laws, preparation and planning, but their demeanor is such that my anxiety is alleviated & I no longer panic when organizing taxes. I can't recommend them enough!

I wish I could give 5 stars because everyone at the office is super nice. Unfortunately, my taxes were done incorrectly two years in a row. The first time the IRS caught the error. I figured it was just a random mistake so I went back the following year. This past year I owed way more than usual so I looked at my taxes and none of my independent contractors info/payments had been added. And now I am trying to set up payroll with them, I am having trouble getting them to response to emails. I don't know if I have an appointment early next week or not because no one confirmed the date. They offered me a couple different times to come in, I wrote them back about one date, and it has now been 7 days later and no response.
