My E92 m3 was having a reduced power issue and haven't been driving for months. As always like my other cars dropped it off at Matrix downtown location .Maija was prompt to get the diagnosis done and let me know what repairs it needs .While the car was there for service I had to go out of town ,they kept the car at the shop for me while I was out after the repairs were done .Thank you again Maija and Matrix.

Had the downtown shop perform a complete inspection prior to extended warranty expiration. They handled the claim for multiple repairs with complete professionalism. 110% satisfied.

This is the second Porsche I have taken to Matrix Integrated for service and am highly impressed. From the moment I walk in the door and meet Logan to when I pick my car up after service, every one is professional, thorough, honest, and excellent at what they do. My cars have always run great and Matrix Integrated is the main reason. Thank you to the whole team for making sure my car is fun to drive and in outstanding mechanical condition!!

Matrix is a top-notch shop, and both their mechanics and advisors are extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. They have helped me out of a bind with my my Mercedes Sprinter on several occasions. Matrix Integrated has delivered superior service on my 04 Jetta for many years. Not only are they amazing at taking of my car , they are always helpful to me, such and coming outside to install windshield wipers while I’m in my car and just putting it on my bill . I’m in my late 70’s . ❤️?

I’ve been a loyal customer of Matrix for about eight years, and during that time, they’ve serviced four different Porsches (and one Mini) for me. Every visit reinforces why I keep coming back. From my very first appointment, they’ve consistently delivered customer care and service that exceed what you’d find at that local Porsche dealership—but without the dealership prices and attitude.
Their team’s attention to detail and deep knowledge of Porsche vehicles give me total confidence. Each car I’ve brought in has been handled with the same level of care, whether it was a routine maintenance job, warranty recall or something more complex. They always take the time to explain what needs to be done and never push unnecessary repairs.
One thing I really appreciate is their transparency and fair pricing. Over the years, I’ve never been surprised by hidden fees or upselling. It’s clear they value long-term relationships with their customers, and they’ve earned my trust again and again.
After eight years and four Porsches, I can confidently say that Matrix is the best alternative to dealer service for Porsche owners. Exceptional work, honest prices, and a personal touch that’s hard to find.

Matrix Integrated- downtown has been my go-to for many years and I cannot say enough about their service. Logan has been outstanding helping me schedule and understand the nuances of a PPI on my first ever Porsche 911. The report was thorough and detailed and reasonably priced. These guys are the best. Their pricing is fair and up front for their services and always less than the dealership.

I've had my B7 RS4 in for various work, and Matrix has always done a stellar job at what I consider to be reasonable costs and get the job done quickly. They've also taken my car on short notice (e.g. after breaking down on the side of the road).
They have become my go-to shop, and I highly recommend them if you have a high-end European vehicle.
