We are so thankful for their excellent service and turn around time. We are traveling with a 40' RV and had to be towed. They not only fixed our truck we were able to stay in our RV on the property! Was charged 2-1/2 hours for diagonsing the problem so they could quote the job. The result was Pressure in the radiator, no water in the oil = Bad Headgasket, which is exactly what I told them. The guy that called said they had never done headgaskets on a Duramax before, and that's not what they normally work on. Mark said they work on Duramax's all the time. They quoted 45 hours even though book time is 35 hours. I had to give them 1 star to post this, but I wouldn't give them that much credit.

I asked for a quote to replace the Headgaskets on my truck. Mark said they did them all the time. So I dropped the truck off. Got a call that they had Diagnosed the problem. It was bad Headgaskets. The guy that called said book time on the repair was 35 hours, but they would be closer to 45 hours, and he didn't know what parts it would take. He admitted that they have never done the repair before, and didn't normally work on pickups. I told him I would come pick it up, and take it to someone who does that work. They charged me 2-1/2 hours $250 to tell me the problem was exactly what I told them it was. I would never go there. Mark admitted his mechanic had only been there 3 months and was still learning.... I consider myself lucky it only cost $250 to find out what they are like.
