Overwhelming variety of instruments and related items. The folks there were very helpful and honest, and it was much less expensive than I had thought. Got my son's new electric cello set up, and they caught something I wouldn't have if I had done it myself.

Called to see if I could get an appointment the same day. I totally get that sometimes that can't be done. But when I asked if she had any because my daughter really wanted her cello for tomorrow she responded with "it helps to plan ahead" with a snarky tone. Little did she know after such a snarky comment that I am a single mother of 2 little children. My husband died 3 years ago and I am trying my best. Also little did she know that I have been emailing my daughters orchestra teacher multiple times now for 2 weeks asking what size to get, with no reply. I gave up waiting since my daughter has homework and decided I will consult the experts. Also little did she know that I have had 2 sick kids for the last week and with no family here, it's been tough to get things done. Is this last minute absolutely, do you need to be snarky to me, NO! Remember you don't always know what your customer is going through and I was never rude to you.

Great service, and very reasonably priced. He put the bridge and sound post back up on my cello and fully restrung and tuned it. Now it sounds amazing ? will definitely be going again the next time I want any maintenance done on my cello!

I had a Covid induced urge to pick up the cello again after 20+ years of not playing. They adapted to the social distancing and sanitizing restrictions well and offered professional service. I really appreciated their kindness and patience as an adult picking up the instrument again, too! Thank you!

Best place ever my husband bought me a violin years ago and then was gifted a banjo from his grandpa so we had it in for a tuneup and we were not disappointed... highly recommended

The owner was so kind and understanding. My violin needed repairs so I took it in to Manselle's and the owner fixed it up for an affordable and cheap price. Would recommend for anyone and everyone.

I will say that at first glance it may not look like much. But after more than 14 years of dealing with instrument shops, some of the more greater known which shall not be named, I have come to the conclusion that I love this little family run shop. The owner is always extremely kind, friendly, gracious and helpful. We've purchased violas, cellos and guitars along with strings, resins, cases and misc. They have earned my loyalty and respect. Side note the pricing is extremely competitive. They allowed us to check out the instrument that we were interested in, a beautiful viola, to compare it with another we liked from the shop which shall remain nameless. What a great option, we were looking at a more expensive option and fell in love with Manselle's viola. Give them a shot
