the only place I take my car for repairs! they do fabulous work and are very communicative. they went over each piece in detail and explained where all the costs came from. no issues billing my insurance, and the car looked like new when I got it back.

So far my experiences have been good. Due to the storm we had to reschedule my repair. I am however, like coming forward to working with this kind and professional staff to fix the accident damage. I will edit after the repairs are completed.

Be careful dealing with them. I went and got written estimate from Alexander on 1/24/2024 to get my bumper replaced on my truck for insurance purposes. Was told 9.3 hours of work time and cost of $3747.43 and they would order new bumper and needed parts. They also explained potential hidden damages and needing more parts and possible more labor. I told estimator I needed truck repaired with as little down time as possible. He said he understood and would start repairs soon as I drop off truck at 7:30am and we scheduled it out for 1/6/24. I called them the day before to confirm and was told drop it off anytime between 7:30-4:30. I reminded them that estimator said they were going to work on it immediately at agreed upon appointment time. Morning of drop off they finally admit that no parts have been ordered and they are not going to work on truck today but rather wash and do "intake" of truck. I spoke to manager and requested they upload estimate so insurance company can pay me to take truck to get fixed at another shop that will do what they promised. Much to my surprise after talking to my insurance company Mackin estimator Alexander uploads new estimate for $3146.75(difference of $600.68). He changed all parts to non-OEM parts which he stood there two weeks before and said were inferior parts. He also deleted an hour of mechanical labor for $100. Seems like it was in direct retaliation for Mackin not doing what they promised or they were going to overcharge the insurance company. Just beware of this company.

Amazing shop did phenomenal work on my car! They kept me updated every few days! They got my car done sooner than I expected! And went above and beyond on the work I got my car back cleaner then it’s ever been!I worked with Daniel he is amazing!

Want to be without your car for four weeks+ for a super simple repair like replacing a headlight and bumper? Go to this place! They’ve had my car over four weeks and can’t tell me when I’ll be getting it back. Zero communication — I’ve had to call them every time. The estimator is never around to answer a question, nor is the supe. Worst body shop I have ever used, and the estimator was waaaaay off in his original quote. Were told that the supe and the estimator had back to back “family emergencies” that basically shut down the whole operation for weeks? I don’t believe that for one second. Was also informed that, because I switched from paying out of pocket to insurance, that “slowed things considerably”. Um, no. Natuonwide paid them in three days, and here we are, weeks later, and I still don’t have my car. Do NOT use this place. Total, absolute clown show. Van Damme or Sam’s are way better.

Professional Auto body shop. They understand the guidelines and laws for Auto body and I would trust them with my car/van. I've used them twice in the past 20 years.

Fifth body shop I went to, first four told me my car was a total and so did Mackin. I needed at least one estimate to submit to the at fault driver's insurance and I was willing to pay. As a courtesy, they gave me an estimate showing it was a total and said they could not in good consciousness repair it even if I paid the difference. They refused to accept any payment. Honesty and responsibility like this is all to rare. I hope I never am in another accident, but if I am Mackin will be my only choice.

Overall, great experience. The repair took 17 days, and I wish it was a shorter wait (since I was driving a rental & paying extra insurance during that time), but they did a great job on my 2008 Prius. It now looks like a much newer car, and they did a really good job cleaning it inside and out. I had one not too friendly experience with the guy at the front desk when I dropped it off (he ignored me), but everyone else was great, so I consider that a "one off" - he may be the guy they said was no longer there. And, I believe the wait happened because everyone still seems to be experiencing supply chain issues.

I wish I could give this place 7 stars! Took my car in after being in an accident and they did amazing. Service was incredible and they made the entire process seamless. I could not be more happy. Everyone is efficient and friendly. They do good work and I will not go anywhere else for my auto needs.
