What an adorable well-cared-for gift store. I felt like I was in a small town with the care and attention given by the owners :) I was looking for a candle at a local shop, and so happy I stopped here. With the owner's help, I was able to find the ocean breeze/scent candle I was looking for. Please go support this store, especially during the holiday season. You will find the most beautiful gifts from handmade backpacks, handcrafted earrings and rings, all-natural candles, crystal lights, greeting cards, ornaments, and more!

Delightful! The owners are incredibly passionate about what they do, both as artists and curators of the shop. They knew the story behind every artist and were enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge. It's refreshing to find a place with actually-handmade, special goods that you won't find in every little keepsake shop. We only picked up a few things in person as out-of-towners, but we're glad to know that the gallery ships, too. An excellent place to find something unique for any of your loved ones.

I have lived in the neighborhood since 2018 and only discovered this lovely gem of a store about a month ago when I had to pick up a UPS package. The store is full of great and unique items. I feel as if you could find a gift for even the hardest person to shop for at this store. I again had to go the store today for another package and I was able to interact with the owners who are lovely, lovely people. Both were lovely to talk to and I also found some more great items for myself and for someone else. I will definitely be adding this to my rotation of shops I frequent for the holidays and for fun.

A hidden gem on NW 23rd with a wide variety of quality handcrafted items from around the world. You really have explore it yourself to appreciate the range of items. The owners are happy to show and explain the backstory on anything that catches your eye. It is my go to for special gifts and excellent greeting cards by local artists at a great price.

Pray your Amazon packages don't end up here via UPS. This should not be a UPS drop off for packages if the driver can't deliver. This business doesn't have acceptable hours to be in a position as a pick up destination to offer any easy access with their business hours. It's a disservice to Amazon customers. Some cracker box gift store right in the middle of 23rd with poor hours shouldn't be part of any Amazon buying experience.

Female shop owner watched me the entire time and then proceeded to trail me around the store.I tried to excuse her and say things to suggest I didn’t need any assistance ( giving her some benefit of the doubt), but she continued to stay near me and not walk away. She never asked if I needed or wanted help, she merely intruded the entire time. This is not the kind of thing that bodes well as a POC and it’s shady vibes. The male shop owner was pleasant and welcoming, but her presence was very unwelcoming and aggressive. The items we did get a chance to view before being intruded upon were interesting and certainly could have been a fun shopping experience for tchotchkes and what nots, but the store is only as good as it’s energy of its owners/curators/staff. Not Chicago Approved!

This place is my favorite. So many different artists and creators showing their work in one place! Very reasonable prices and the owners are so lovely. This place is where I go for unique gifts for everyone

The owner followed my husband and I around the store the whole time, explaining each thing we were looking at without us even asking about it. Sometimes interrupting us while we were talking about it or reaching in front of me to pick something up to explain it. One time she took something from my hand to explain where it came from. She was constantly invading my space and didn't allow us to just look at what was in the shop. Made us very uncomfortable.

This is a jewel of a store where you can find so many different kinds of artistic items, that would be joyful to own or give as gifts. The employees are wonderful people.

So there were a lot of cool things to look at in this store. My wife and I just wanted to browse about but were followed around the store by one of the owners. She felt like she had to explain everything that we were looking at. I know she thought she was being helpful, but it was really annoying when we just wanted to look around. We almost felt as if she thought we were going to steal something. Basically, we got chased out of the store by her paying too much attention to us.

This shop is filled with so many unique and beautiful things to fill your imagination and home. An excellent place to find special gifts for the holidays. Owned by talented artists with huge hearts and a palpable healing presence. A very special place, not just on 23rd, but for Portland at large.

Beautiful shop full of unique items. Owners are incredibly thoughtful and even bring a sense of philanthropy in what they stock, supporting artists and people in need from all over the world. Not only that, but everything is incredibly fairly priced compared to similar shops in the area. LOVE this spot. Truly a gem in PDX.
