My experience with Jim Fisher Volvo has been phenomenal. They were patient with me and didn’t apply any pressure when it came to purchasing a new Volvo. Big kudos to Dale and John for streamlining the process. They answered all my questions in a quick manner while providing valuable details. I really appreciated the tour of the facility and had the ability to connect with what each person does at Jim Fisher.

We just did business with them and the entire crew was awesome- they were not pushy at all and were VERY Patient with us as we covered our options. A huge shout out to Connor for his excellent professionalism and assistance.

Worst place you can ever go! Spare your time and don't go there, the rudest part department I have ever seen in my life, this guy the parts manager Jim is very unprofessional and rude. I recommend to anyone not to get close to them.

I love my 1991 Volvo!! But the radio doesn't work, and came with an EEE error code on the screen. Google said if I called the dealership and gave the VIN, they could give me the error code to fix it. Nick at the dealership was very kind, patient, and had some helpful insights about my radio. When the error code didn't fix it, he said there is a chance the radio was replaced, and said that the code was probably written on the radio itself. He invited me to stop by the dealership, so they could pull out the radio to look for the code. What a sweet guy!

I called earlier in the day inquiring about a vehicle that was on their website and spoke to Doran. He said he was too busy to even see if the car was on the lot and available. He said that he’s helping someone and he’s willing to look and if he can find the vehicle, he’ll send me the information but no promises. By the end of the day, since they are the Volvo dealership nearest me, I thought that I would go to test drive a car with my service animal. Yes, a legit service animal that helps me with my disability. Again, Doran helped me. I use the word help generously. He told me that he could not allow the dog into the vehicle to see if the dog was able to actually climb into the vehicle. He mandated where the dog went so that he could not sit on any of the seats.
My dog is a service animal that does not sit in a cargo space. I went to another dealership this weekend. That had absolutely no problem with this and were very understanding.
I don’t understand why there was such snobbery towards me. I am a professional that makes a great deal of money and could pay cash for any of the vehicles. Doran needs to go.

I walked into parts one minute before closing. Joe took the time to find my part and called me the next day for my payment as he had already closed out his books for the night. He didn't have to do that!
As a professional mechanic, I really appreciate him valuing my time and not just his own. He could have told me to come back.

Had such a positive experience here! Came in for airbag recall. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, service was very efficient, and when I came out they had given my car a much needed wash :’) I felt very taken care of and grateful!

Recently bought a used Volvo from Jim Fisher. The easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Price was right, trade in price was right, no negotiation needed. I was financing with my credit union, they never pressured me to finance with them or to pull my credit. The finance manager Conner went above and beyond, with sending POs and communicating quickly. He even installed my cargo cover a few weeks after when I came to get it! Dale was the salesmen we went through and he was great. I will definitely come back to Jim Fisher in the future!

At first their wait time for a service appointment was unreasonably long (over 3 months out), but after scheduling an appointment with another dealership 90 miles away and then having that appointment cancelled due to weather conditions I tried calling Jim Fisher Volvo again. They were able to get me in the next day for my now overdue 2 year/20K mile service appointment. The appointment went well and I have no complaints. Still not 5 star worthy due to the hassle getting an appointment in the first place.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here recently, and I found the customer service to be on par with TSA. Maybe it’s me being a Mellinal, but waiting for a salesperson to stop watching football in their office (several minutes) to show me a vehicle is nonsense, especially if they are making a commission. The salesperson (different from the football fan), completely ignored my wife while she asked questions and told me all the specs; my wife is an engineer, and this quickly became a game of telephone where I had to ask the questions to get answers to her questions. I consistently get a better and more professional experience at the gas station 3 blocks up the street.
Had there been a similar model closer than the east coast we would have gone elsewhere. Other than the key batteries going dead after a month the car is amazing.

No haggling, just got exactly what we ordered, for the quoted price. Not even one attempt to upsell dealer extras. Everything first class and transparent in both sales and service. Would definitely purchase another car with them, and will continue to use their service department.

I came for parts for our XC90 and overall good experience. Lots of new and pre owned Volvos! Nice showroom too and charge stations for EVs. Great prices on genuine Volvo parts too. Parking is pretty lousy though.
