Did their Groupon as a date night. To top the Groupon had to pay more? Never got the $25 deposit back. They said they’d call management for the experience and reimbursement, and I never got a callback. No directions. We were stuck at gate missed out on 30 min cause of it. Groupon was for a class. There were no lessons. We signed a waiver super quick idk what I signed since we felt rushed. I didn’t know how to paddle board or swim. We were kinda left alone by high schoolers. Will not try again, that’s why I rated it so low. But you might enjoy it.

This review is for the paddle board rentals!My 2 friends and I tried to book the paddle boards online the day prior. For some reason we were only able to book one, even when trying on different devices/ browsers. We tried calling but weren't able to get through so we decided to just go in person the next day. For our reservation, we were texted the instructions on where to park & how to get down to the right dock. The instructions were easy to follow. Despite the online reservation not working, we were still able to get 3 paddle boards! After signing a waiver and paying, the staff will give you a life jacket, measure the paddles according to your height, and give a quick tutorial on how to get onto the board. It was my first time paddle boarding and it was pretty easy to learn! We did a 2 hour rental (which is plenty of time) and had a lot of fun going through the recommended path and using the current to drift back. For the 2 hours it was about $30 which was more than worth it. There is a locker (without locks) where you can leave your clothes/ other items. If you want to bring a water bottle or other personal items that are ok to get wet, there is a bungee cord at the top of the board to secure those items in place. There are also restrooms with flush toilets at the dock. This experience was honestly one of my favorite parts of the weekend and I would highly recommend. I just hope they are able to get their online reservation system fixed for a smoother booking process!

For the 2nd day in a row our party has tried calling to rent a boat or paddle boards. The number you call goes right into voicemail. How this place can run a successful business is beyond me. Ugh.

They rent paddle boards too under SUPortland. Boards were in good condition. Had lots of fun but hard to find. One star off because directions & code to enter gate sent late (sent only after I called when I couldn't find them). I've attached the directions in case anyone else needs it.

We rented a pontoon boat for a half day on Memorial Day weekend and it was amazing! Great boat, and the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. I definitely recommend Jantzen Fuel Depot.

Reserved a pontoon boat in the midst of COVID restrictions. A great way to get outdoors and safely socially distance. As our day approached, the weather changed. We called to check if we could switch days and they were quick to let us know we could. Perfect. Check-in was smooth. We were provided a quick training and we were off. We rented for the day and took advantage of exploring the Columbia river. Pontoon Boat was in great shape and had a larger engine so we were able to make decent time to get out to the gorge. It was a gorgeous day and we couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend, but plan ahead (we attempted to rent on another occasion and they were booked).

Also known as SUportland. I have to say the best place to rent paddle boards. Besides the amazing service they have the best boards they have a speaker for you and dry bags so fun to paddle board around of the houseboats and close to Island Café for food and drinks. They also have drinks to purchase there at their store.I rented paddle boards in Oregon City and lake O this is by far the best
