I really like the fact that they keep the window washing equipment up in full spec. They have the squeegee's & paper towels on hand. Station is remarkabley clean each time I visit.Same with all the pump equipment.Love LOVE using the Shell app to fill up. Works PERFECTLY!Always saves me money on fuel.They close early for a gas station, and the pumps are turned off at night. No big deal. The Loyd center locations are 24 hours right off the freeway about 2 miles or a about 5 min away.Staff really unchalanty and pleasant. Just nice folks overall.

The African American woman working the cashier is rude and pretentious when asking simple questions. Went in around noon on Monday 12/5 and she was nothing but demeaning.

I pulled in and had to wait 20 minutes for the lady to stop talking to other people in their cars and actually pump gas then when I handed her my credit card and asked for $40 in gas she ran my card and held $200 upon trying to call the store the phone only goes to the fax machine. This place is garbage.

This is by far the store with the friendliest staff. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the Store Manager.

This is the Jacksons I regularly use. I have for 8 years. I've never had an issue or problem here that wasn't easily resolved. Their customer service has always been on point.

This place is such a scam. The first time I went they charged me for a full tank of gas, and I ran out on the freeway on my way home. They put nothing in.... second time, I said regular and they started to fill it with super, so I said regular again and stared filling it with nitro (a dollar more). I had to stop it myself and when I said to fill it with REGULAR and please put my reward # in, they said I can only use it once. This place is very untrustworthy. Two thumbs down.... taking advantage of people at this time is some seriously bad karma.
