Extraordinarily unpleasant people. We needed the wood frame of an upholstered settee repaired, so messaged this business first on account of our preference for supporting small local businesses. No response. Not in any of our inboxes, not in our spam folders. Messaged again, no response. Messaged a third time, finally got a response (in mostly capital letters, with exclamation points) to the effect of "how many times do we have to tell you, we don't do that sort of work, go bother somebody else." You're in the service industry, learn some rudimentary etiquette. Never did get to use them for any repairs, glad we didn't, and advise everyone we know to similarly avoid them.

Master restoration! Mike and his team refinished a Spindle Cherry Bedroom Set (4 pieces) which were dark stained and damaged in several places. They suggested a natural finish and the wood turned out stunning. I highly recommend this place for any treasures you may have!

I've always recommended them.Until a few years ago.Had a very bad experience.Took an antique oak side table in for repair.When I picked it up it was wobbly and hadn't been fully repaired. Loaded into my car it was obviously missing a piece. .When I pointed it out...I basically was dismissed.It didn't get any better from there.I was also over charged for an incomplete and poor job.I always recommended them at Hippo.Not after that.

You will be in the best hands with this company. The people here are genuine, kind, and highly knowledgable about all aspects of furniture and wood repair. These folks are true craftsmen/women. Green Furniture Hospital restored my antique writing desk, which is intricately inlaid and was missing various bits and hinges. I don't know how they did it, but the piece is now gorgeous. I can recommend Green Furniture Hospital without reservation!

Aces to these guys, they answered the phone, were super helpful, spent a bunch of time working my problem- a well-loved, antique chair that really needs a through repair. What's cool about all of that- well they don't repair my chair but spent time listening and referring me to someone that does. So, didn't make a dime but helped me. Pretty special these days.

What a pleasant place to do business! They refinished a table for me after my daughter took the finish off with nail polish remover. Matched perfectly would never know it happened. Didn't do the leaf and looked the same color! I highly recommend!

The top of our 20+ year old Danish cherry dining table was hopelessly marred by many white water rings. They refinished it, perfectly matching the color and sheen of the leaves, which weren't damaged. Great job! We recommend them highly.

Excellent service and results. We had a dining room chair in need of repair. I emailed pictures, received a quote my email, dropped off the chair and it was repaired well and quickly for the very reasonable amount of the quote. Very happy!

My Danish dining room chair had been repaired poorly when we bought it. It collapsed and the spindles were snapped. I emailed a picture and was quoted an agreeable price so I took it in. It was finished when promised at the quoted price. I am so happy and impressed with the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
