“I was broken down at a tire shop, my tire was smoking an employee & fellow patron referred me to El Yucateca auto repair, he said the guy was honest and reasonable, the guy being Santos. My Tahoe needed major repairs when my caliper seized and did major damage I needed it done quickly for work... Santos and his crew came through they are miracle workers! thank you thank you thank you so much to all of you! Not only do I need my car for work but my car is my baby.”
“This review is for the paddle board rentals!My 2 friends and I tried to book the paddle boards online the day prior. For some reason we were only able to book one, even when trying on different devices/ browsers. We tried calling but weren't able to get through so we decided to just go in person the next day. For our reservation, we were texted the instructions on where to park & how to get down to the right dock. The instructions were easy to follow. Despite the online reservation not working, we were still able to get 3 paddle boards! After signing a waiver and paying, the staff will give you a life jacket, measure the paddles according to your height, and give a quick tutorial on how to get onto the board. It was my first time paddle boarding and it was pretty easy to learn! We did a 2 hour rental (which is plenty of time) and had a lot of fun going through the recommended path and using the current to drift back. For the 2 hours it was about $30 which was more than worth it. There is a locker (without locks) where you can leave your clothes/ other items. If you want to bring a water bottle or other personal items that are ok to get wet, there is a bungee cord at the top of the board to secure those items in place. There are also restrooms with flush toilets at the dock. This experience was honestly one of my favorite parts of the weekend and I would highly recommend. I just hope they are able to get their online reservation system fixed for a smoother booking process!”

“Long time neighborhood customer since they opened. They've had many turnovers in staff, some of them glad they're gone, but some sad to be gone. Michael, the owner, has since started the hot food again to offer.The staff, Mo x3 lol, John, (redbeard man)has made sure that customer service is everything and all food is freshly made and honest.It's Southeast Portland and it's hard to deal with the clientele that shows up and they deal with it with Grace.I don't think I've ever left a review for a gas station but since this is my neighborhood go to, I will give them kudos for taking into account and listening to their regular clientele. That's what makes things work being involved with your neighborhood.Back to the note of the hot food, the hot dogs are great quality, not cheap stuff, I'm happy so far.Be patient with what they're trying out and give them your thoughts, they're open what works.PS: Get a separate counter for the lottery people it really holds everyone else up in line.”
“It was a good Costco gas station with both attended and unattended lanes which improves traffic flows. The staff is quick and friendly. There is nothing better than grasping some fresh produce in a Costco store and getting some affordable gasoline at this station, quite a great combination.”

“Nothing against gas station it's just the homeless and drug users around. Not safe place to pump your own gas, random homeless walking up to you asking for change or drug users just yelling and threatening his imaginary friend ? weirdest experience in Portland ever.”
“This is one place that is almost always a little cheaper for gas. With the price of gas ⛽️ so high, everyone could use a little break.When we arrived we were greeted warmly. The attendant was concerned because our tank was half full and it only took 5 gallons.He asked if it was full and made sure it was. I appreciated his attentiveness. We were done quickly and back on the road.I like this place and we feel that we can recommend this place.”
“Probably my most frequent gas stop location. It's pretty close to my home, but there are four other stations closer. This one is most often, but not always the cheapest, and is generally one of the cheapest 4 or 5 stations in the city limits that I know of. Long waits are rare and service is fine. There is a Chevron station near this one that is very occasionally and inexplicably cheaper, but usually 20-30¢ more per gallon.”
“The people who work there are so nice and helpful. They really go out of their way! They will wash your windows if they have time. It really is a neighborhood gas station! FYI, there's no convenient store attached. But they do have a mechanic David who is really good, thorough and honest. My favorite attendants are John and Cristie.”

“Got gas last night. I should report that they did an upgrade in rearrangement. They put in a mini-window to speed things up. So now we and the attendant doesn't have to go in to pay. Hardly a wait any more for fuel. Very smart move in kindness. They chose to risk losing grocery sales for convenience and speed for customers. I'm going to make it a point to go in a buy something when I have time just to reward them. I'm also going to be getting gas there more often. I often chose my fuel by the line at the pumps, this one will be short for quite a while. (Till other do what I am)”
“Everyone here appears genuinely happy to work here which is unusual for a gas station. The guy that helped me, didn’t catch his name but his name tag said shift manager was absolutely the friendliest gas station employee I have ever encountered. This was at 11:30am on Tuesday, 8/1. The world needs more employees like this guy - so so friendly and if I ever find myself in the area needing gas again I will definitely be back!”

“We treat it as our neighborhood gas station. They are friendly and helpful. They provide a hose and gauge for air pressure check. We had some minor and not so minor repairs done at the adjacent garage -- the job was done well and the communication was very good.Are the gas prices a bit higher than at the Fred Meyer gas station? Yes, but we like the service and convenience.”
“Just came here to put air in my tires. It was the first time for this car. I was sitting there for a while when I had the duh moment and opened my door to find the numbers. The attendant was coming over to offer me help, it was so nice! Being a strong, independent woman, I told him thanks but that I was fine. Did the deed, i got in, and drove away. Had to make sure everything was in top shape as I am driving my 3 month old first and only grand daughter tomorrow!”
“A couple of days ago I went to buy something from this store.I was greeted in a friendly manner as soon entered the store.This store looked way cleaner than before under new management.Foods and beverages are reasonably priced.Oil price is one of the cheapest in the town.It has a safer parking lot as well which was not there before.Overall, It was a pleasant experience going to this store.”
“I've been going here since I moved back from the UK, the usually always have the cheapest gas, a nice variety of snacks, some are even healthy! The attendants are friendly and helpful. It is close, which is helpful ;) but I would drive out of my path a ways to get here.”

“The staff is always very friendly!However, this station provides very little more than gasoline. For example, there is no bathroom or store on-site. There is, however, an air compressor for customer use ($2) and they sell cigarettes, lighters, and a few miscellaneous auto supplies (ie. motor oil).[They do NOT have a gas can, for sale or loan.]”

“It's a gas station, yes a gas station with an oddly placed but extremely popular Mexican food cart that won an award for being the best food cart in Portland a few years ago. And they sell gas, you know, the stuff that goes in your car. And I guess the food cart puts gas in your belly... everyone wins!!!”
“I can't understand the poor reviews. It's top tier Chevron, one of the best prices for Chevron in the metro area, and staff is fantastic. Even with the new law allowing pumping your own gas I was still promptly greeted by a friendly attendant who pumped my gas without issue and offered to clean the windows. No complaints from me, the dollar off per gallon from the app was just icing.”

“I come here frequently because I work in the area. The 5 stars are for Robert only. Always super friendly and an absolute gem! Apologizes when there’s long waits even tho I let everyone ahead of me and very funny. 0 stars for the gas attendant who smokes weed while on the job. Unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to be concerned about stopping in on my break because I might smell like marijuana when I leave. You’re at a job. Not your home. Get a grip. If you can’t work barely 5 hrs without smoking you’ve got a serious problem and that comes from a stoner myself. Hope he gets fired in the next year. Hell the next 6 months. He doesn’t deserve a job.”

“I suppose I can't actually speak to the quality of Kevin's work, as every time I've taken a vehicle here with a concern he's pointed out that my car is actually fine.What I CAN speak to is his honestly and integrity. The man has to know from talking to me that I know nothing about cars. I'm sure he realizes I would be the easiest customer in the world to take advantage of. Despite that, he has consistently told me to put my credit card away as he found nothing that needed his services.Suffice to say, I am probably a customer for life.”
