I was working with this company and everything was going great. We had a closing date and was just waiting for the appraisal. Now I'm on long term disability and they asked for my award letter from the insurance company my LTD is with. I sent it and they said its not current. So my insurance company sent a new letter . Now because my disability would be ending in 2025 at which time I would then go on Social Security they said that's not good enough. They then asked me for 3 years of proof of future income. To me that's discrimination. If you're not asking for that info from someone with a job why can you ask for it from someone with disabilities. My income is more guaranteed then someone with a job for the simple fact that a person with a job could be fired or laid off at any time. I do not recommend this company to anyone that is disabled or on disability insurance.

I referred a borrower of mine that I had been working with for 2 months because my company could not do the loan as it was a manufactured home with a land lease. FastMobile Home Loans did a great job closing the loan and I will definitely refer them any future loans that are land leases.

I found Fast Mobile Home Loans to be professional and very efficient. Sofia responded to emails quickly, did a wonderful job of explaining the process and showed great patience after I made a few mistakes. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone purchasing a mobile home.

Fast isn't just the name of this business, it is how they deliver! We filled out the convenient on-line application on January 26 and received a preapproval letter on the 27th. Our contact, Faith, kept on top of forms, schedules, and any changes we requested. And how is this for FAST - we closed on February 28! The team at Fast Mobile Home Loans partnered so well with us as the buyer and our Agent, Crystal Hill; We highly recommend this business!
