Was out in Portland for a conference and was able to spend a few days cycling out to the coast and back and out the Historic Columbia River Highway. We rented 2 bicycles and a kids seat for our week long trip to Portland, and it was a great decision. I even made a mistake on our pickup day and the guy came in, when they were closed to get us the bikes. Absolutely fantastic customer service.
