My car was fixed extremely quickly and I got a lot of communication at every step about what was wrong, what would be done, and how much to expect it to cost. Prices were very reasonable and no surprise charges when I went to pay. The work was thorough and well conducted and I will definitely be back in the future.

Great experience. Jarret is kind, communicative and timely. He took great care of my car and got it fixed up beautifully and quickly, which is impressive given that I dropped it off right before the holidays. Jarret handled all communication with insurance for me and kept me updated. They even washed and detailed my car before I picked it up— looks brand new inside and out. Highly recommend!

Jarett is amazing and got me back on the road on the same day! Came here as my oil had a steady leak for weeks, but I had just delayed getting it looked at. While the lot in front of the shop is fairly small, he was able to get my car looked at that morning, called to let me know what was wrong and diagnosis, and by 4pm that afternoon I was back up and running. There was also attention to parts that had been way too tightly screwed on my the dealership that he fit at a normal setting. We had a nice talk when I picked up my car about how this model is still running smooth after 210,000 miles and how newer cars don't make 'em like they used to. A real nice guy and absolutely stellar service in a time most places don't have availability for months. I couldn't recommend a better spot for quick and reliable service.

Had to leave my Ford Focus here overnight due to the car being funky after driving it through a huge puddle. They were able to fix it right after the next day! Just got it back and it seems to work great. I forgot the name of the guy that fixed it but he's super nice and I think I paid a good amount of money for the fix. Small little auto body repair shop but my one-time experience here was amazing. The mechanic very patiently worked with my schedule (which was a whole disaster), informed me on what the issue was and how he was going to fix it, was very honest and responsive in terms of how long it would take to do the job and when I could get my car back. He's got a small parking lot so he gotta get cars in and out fast to serve the next customer. I was able to bring my car in early at 9am and get my car back at 3pm.

Fast friendly service at a great price. Got an oil change, transmission fluid change, steering belt, and they fixed up my rear disk brakes without having to replace them. Recommended!

I am new to the area and decided on European Auto Centre based on recommendations. While I was dropping my key in the lock box another customer pulled up and told me how wonderful they are. He was right. They did a great job fixing my car. The price was fair and Jared was very professional and courteous. Thank you Jared for the warm welcome to Portland and for taking great care of of my car and explaining the repair that was needed in a way that was simple for me to understand. You have gained a new customer in me.
