My ram 1500 truck got high centered in the back and I needed a body shop asap. I reached out and Pay answered and said he would meet me a few miles from my house! Wow, I couldn't believe how kind he was to do that.
He took his time on the inspection and within a day, I had a quote in front of me and he was ready and willing to order the parts.
Needless to say it was a great experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone!

We took our car to Pat for simple body work after a minor fender bender. He said that the work would take about 2 and a half weeks to complete. He had our car for 34 days in total. He never checked in with us about how things were progressing, it was always us reaching out to him. He also tried to charge us $750 out of pocket for our deductible when our insurance clearly stated that our out of pocket cost would be $500. Through the whole process there was a lot of false promises given and overall Pat was a challenge to communicate with. All that being said, the actual body work completed was done very well and our car looks nice. But lacking and poor communication is the reason for the low review.

Pat has quite literally been an amazing help after my major car accident. From giving me solid advice, to referring me to personal injury specialists. Pat truly cares about your health and wellbeing. My truck had some pretty bad frame damage, and after going to 5 different shops in the span of 5 months, all of them told me it was unrepairable and totaled. After losing all hope and I found Pat and Diamond Coat Collision. Pat worked with me and my family, got the truck towed to Portland, and after only a week was able to repair it to a condition that was better then when I got it. Pat is friendly, knowledgeable, and will do the jobs other people don't want to do. I would recommended Diamond Coat over any mechanic or body shop around. He also was able to repair it for less than anyone quoted me on if they hypothetically could get it done. Call Pat if you need any work done, he's got your back!

I have worked with Pat for over 15 years. He has handled everything I can throw at him and more, including fleet taxi-cab repairs, personal fender benders, and insurance claims. There is nothing he can’t do.

I was in a major bind of a car situation and Pat went above and beyond to help me. He was able to get my car in for an estimate same day within the hour I called and provided a full detail estimate of repair on that same day.He helped me coordinate having the insurance adjuster come out to his shop and helped with the best possible outcome for my car. I would highly recommend Pat and Diamond Auto if you are seeking top notch care for your car and excellent customer service

Pat did a wonderful job on my car. He was very helpful in the whole process of fixing it up and communicating back and forth with me, and with my auto insurance company. He went above and beyond. You can tell that he really cares about making sure he sends his clients off with their vehicle perfect and safe condition. He is very personable and friendly, excellent customer service. On top of my mechanical issues being fixed, the car was extremely clean upon return, and all personal belongs in perfect condition. I truly recommend him to anyone.Thank you, Pat!

Took my car in almost a month and a half ago to get an estimate and part's ordered. I had to call first every time just to get an answer. Pat confused me multiple Times by telling me to order parts but then told me I shouldn't have done it when I ordered them myself. Went to another auto body shop, got an estimate, a date for service scheduled, and parts ordered in the same day. I was not treated like a customer should be at Dimaond Coat and still haven't heard back about ordering my parts. Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Extremely unprofessional.

My car had a window completely smashed through and the ignition area torn to shreds by someone hoping to hot wire and steal it. Everywhere my insurance recommended to me couldn't look at my car for FOUR MONTHS! I called Diamond Coat and talked to pat and got my car towed in two days later, then they towed it back to wait for the rest of the parts needed for fixing. One week later everything is all done! I couldn't be happier, really. 100% recommend. Pat made an extremely stressful situation feel fast and easy (now I just have to fight with insurance, haha!)

We took our SUV after getting into an accident on the mountain. Pat and his team did a fabulous job on the repairs. He dealt with the insurance company and took care of all the paperwork. Pat is friendly and professional throughout the process. Highly recommend this body shop!

I was rear ended by a driver texting and was recommended this shop by the car dealership I bought the car at. Pat was amazing. I live in McMinnville and he had my car towed to him and advocated for me through this whole process with insurance. If you want a repair facility that goes above and beyond and is always in your corner then this is where you need to go! Our car ended up being totaled but that did not stop Pat from being the best resource we had during these hard times after an accident and dealing with insurance. If I ever need more work done I will be coming back. Quick responses, kept me in the loop, and did not insurance get away with anything sketchy.Service: Body & Trim
