What a joke. I’ve tried twice to donate bikes and their warehouse isn’t open. Change your info on your website! Or provide a warehouse phone number so I don’t waste gas driving when it’s supposedly open.

Had a great experience picking out a specialist rockhopper. Came in with no idea what size frame I should get or how to use the presta valves on the bike I wanted but they were fantastic. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help.

Had an amazing time at the CCC! new to the area and after checking out a few different places this may be the spot I get my bikes serviced for the time being. The gentleman Nate was unbelievably courteous and smart about all things cycling, as long as he works on my bike in the future I'm definitely going to be coming back to service my bike, and get more advice from Nate, he rocks!

A wonderful place to buy good quality new and used bike parts. Most of the employees are tremendously helpful and welcoming. I did think the bike prices were a bit high but the parts are reasonable. Always fun to stop by and see what they have in stock.

Used to be an awesome, warm, and welcoming recourse for affordable bikes and parts, with a genuine community driven feel. Now just a pretentious ideological circle jerk with ludicrous prices on well worn and used parts and bikes. Maybe because they sell anything thats not junk at 100% profit for top dollar on ebay auctions. So much for community:(

I've learned a lesson that i dont go to places or services that nonprofit or volunteer run!'These young guys and girl, who i very likely assume dont hold a fulltime, 40 hours a week jobs anywhere else and like to vokunteer at their spare time. That's great but i also have encountered horrible attitudes from these volunteers who are very judgmental and entitled , like i-m-better-than-you kinda attitude. And makes the matte4 worse, the stote's stuffs are not any cheaper than like Amazon or Walmart, online stores. I would prefer to spend my money in a close by neighborhood even stuffs are little more expensive. On the contrary i can just order on my pajamas with Amazon in 2 minutes with next day or 2 delivered 3 houses from my house. All with a super customer service and they pay taxes. I dont have to deal with this entitled, i-m-better than you attitude from these nonprofit, volunteer organizations! I will stop going to these shops. It seems like i going to beg! Disgusting

Phenomenal service and selection. They have helped several of my students become bicycle mechanics and seem to treat their employees well while still keeping prices relatively low.

I used to buy everything here and not online as a rule to make sure my LBS survives. But during my last visit in May 2023, I was still told to wear a cloth mask. To wear one for 4 minutes and throw it away is environmentally careless. Anyway, I bought the parts online.

I’m very new to biking and haven’t had the chance to really learn the bike lingo. They are very friendly but really busy. So don’t take it personal if you feel rushed. They held my bike for a day for the repair. So they are fast too. Will come back. :)

Great mission, pretty good service. Occasionally feels like they don’t care if they get your business or not. Could use a little more pep in their step to help you.

Fantastic local bike shop, new and used. Repair, new, and used quality parts, friendly people, and a good business to donate to,but if you want to donate a bike, there is a charge. Kids workshops and summer classes. Multiple locations. They sponsor great fundraising events all year.
