I submitted an original loan request online and was contacted, and although that application was rejected, they worked with me to find other ways of helping me work toward what I submitted that application for to begin with. The scammers took from her checking account all the money she had to pay for her Medicaid PACE program, which covers housing and medical services. “I simply cannot say enough great things about NW preferred. Lyndsey Gossman gets it done! From commercial vehicle financing, to getting an additional credit card for the business that was not attached to my personal and finally getting my acquisition loan was all done seamless. With all the other turbulence of moving an office and acquiring another book of business NW preferred and Lyndsey were the one aspect of all variables that was consistent, diligent, right on time etc. etc. etc. If you are an insurance agent and you want to do business with someone who understands your business needs, look no further. “These are some of the best people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. By work with, I mean, they did all the work and I got all the benefit. Elaine is beyond helpful throughout the whole loan process and beyond. Upon finalizing my RV loan she also noticed my truck and Harley finance agencies were charging me ridiculous APR and made the transfer process painless handling the Financial institution instructions and even had to go to war with the county courthouse on my behalf, (there was alot of paperwork she had sent to them dummy proof to ease the process for them to ultimately) i cannot think of a better individual to recommend to anyone lucky enough to have the privilege of going to her. 5 stars???? I'd give them 10 if I could!

“I've got to tell y'all about a great experience I recently had at Onoint Community on Lombard! As a freelance writer, I'm often solicited for work from various industries on various platforms. I was invited to apply for a position and was eventually 'hired' after I completed a very lengthy assessment. They had amazing GlassDoor Reviews, dozens of YouTube videos, and extensive social media accounts (including LinkedIn), so they were legit to me. Until they wanted to send me a check to purchase equipment. Yep. That's where it started to go south, but I still wasn't completely SURE. That's where my banker came in. I took the check to OnPoint Community Credit Union on N. Lombard and told the tellers I needed to talk to a banker privately (because I was feeling pretty embarrassed already- but I ALSO really needed confirmation). I spent a good hour with 'Jackie' (Deveraux?) in his office examining the check, doing further online research, and escalating the issue to the fraud department. When I left, neither one of us was completely convinced the company was a fraud since the check was issued from a real bank, but the fraud department was investigating. The next day, however, Jackie phoned me to tell me that I was almost involved in a disastrous scam that would have left me on the hook for almost 6K! The fraud department sees these scams all the time. Here's what I came to say: Scammers are savvy. Be proactive and protect yourself. Don't be afraid to meet your bankers, they are there to inform you and protect your money. Jackie's customer service was impeccable! I came in confused and skeptical but left feeling confident and 'saved' by Jackie from a situation that could have destroyed me financially. Bravo!”
“This is my third vehicle loan through Advantis Credit Union over the years and I just have to say the most recent loan transaction was even better than the last two superb transactions! Huge shout out to Amelia Hobbs who assisted me online through the entire process. I reached out on a Monday and the whole deal was completed by Thursday night for vehicle pickup on Friday. My main banking is actually at another credit union but I absolutely LOVE the loan process with Advantis. Simple, efficient, and the customer service rocks!”
