Got me in next day and handled everything with care. Staff was kind and knowledgeable. New windows looked great and were installed perfectly. Plus they had this beautiful dog behind the counter and I fully trust dog people, you should as well!

Kai with Collision Auto was fantastic to work with. Quick to get me a quote within the same 5min phone call and had me scheduled to come in the next business day! My car was even ready for pick up 2hrs later. I was SO relived especially since it was my rear windshield that had accidentally smashed while I was shutting the trunk of the car (clearly I'm strong, lol) and it was scary driving home with my make shift convertible.
I'd highly recommend this company and loved to find out it's a local family owned business. Top notch Family!

The original windshield on my 2021 Audi Q5 developed a pretty bad leak along the top edge that would let water in at the car wash and during heavy rain. Collision gets really good reviews so I contacted them through their site and Brad quickly emailed back. We spoke on the phone a few minutes later, discussing the options for OEM glass vs. non-OEM, and I had an appointment for the very next day. After arriving, it was confirmed that it was an adhesion problem and the glue was letting go along the top edge. I hung out in the waiting area for about an hour and a half while the windshield was replaced, signed some papers and was on my way. A couple of weeks have now passed and I've washed my car several times and it's been rained on, and there's no water dripping down the inside of the glass anymore. Everyone I talked to while there was super friendly, provided me with all the details I needed regarding what was done, the glass is really good quality and the job ended up being finished quicker than I was quoted, which is cool. Hopefully I won't need another windshield anytime soon but if I do, I'll be back!

Not sure if my review will help- you can already see how many 5 star reviews they have lol But my experience was also 5 stars!
on 8/20, I found out that my front windshield had a crack that went all the way across, so called my insurance and started the claim process on 8/21. During the call with my insurance co, I mentioned that I would like to take my Mazda here and they sent the quote directly to the shop. About 20 mins after the call with the insur, the shop called me and scheduled the service and the window was replaced that day!
I am still surprised that it got done this quickly and the customer service was prompts and nice :)
It's only been a day after the installation, but so far, it's looking awesome!

Highly recommend Collision! It was quick and easy to get a quote (and they’re more affordable than other area businesses I compared to). And from the time I dropped my car off to when it was ready to drive was less than 2 hours!

A pebble flew up from another vehicle and chipped my windshield which quickly spread. I contacted Collision after getting an endorsement from my Ford dealer. Brad responded immediately and gave me the number to call for my insurance claim. Insurance immediately approved the work to be done and communicated with Brad. He called me to set up an appointment for 2 days later. I expected to wait for at least 3 hours and it only took 1 hour, 45 minutes. Very impressive all the way around. Couldn't ask for better service.

A truck kicked up a rock that hit my windshield on the freeway, leaving a defect in my windshield. I brought my car in to see if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. I was told it was too large to be repaired. However, he told me the defect was purely cosmetic so they would happily replace the windshield but it wasn't structurally necessary. I appreciate any business who has an opportunity to sell me something unnecessary but tells me the truth instead. They could have easily told me I needed to replace the windshield and I would have believed them. High five for integrity, I'll definitely be back if I ever need glass work done.
