This place is AMAZING!!!!! We were looking for a new kitchen sink. Our installer told us that Clancy Supply would have it or could get it ASAP. We headed down there and talked to Melinda. She is great. They didn't have the sink but she checked with someone and they had one in their Eugene store but would take about a week. $700+. We told here we would shop around and get back to her. We called the same store that she had, not realizing that was the one that Melinda called and they said they had one in Eugene blah blah but $800+. About that time Melinda called us and said she found us one and we could go pick it up $399. Not the same brand but a good one. They were on sale. My husband asked Melinda how they get paid if we don't get it from Clancy. We don't she said we just hope you pass us one to others. If you live in the Portland Or area check them out before you buy. My next purchase will be a toilet and some bathroom sinks and believe me we will buy them there. THANK YOU MELINDA at CLANCY SUPPLY on Ochoco St., Portland , Or

WOW- Melinda is one of the nicest and most helpful people ever. HIGHLY recommend this place for plumbing needs. The owners, Eric and Melinda are sincerely wonderful, helpful, kind, and patient. They are always willing to go out of their way to help find the solution I need to my plumbing problems. I appreciate that they are willing to help answer questions from residential customers who have very little plumbing know-how when most other shops will not. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The owners are so kind and patient. They're going above and beyond to help us try to find a unique part for our old bathroom fixtures, despite us being residential customers with little plumbing knowledge of our own. They've been generous with their knowledge, teaching us how our pieces work and patiently looked through their catalogs for nearly an hour to try to find the parts we needed where other places in town wouldn't even spend 2 minutes on the phone with us to find the parts we needed. I cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend Clancy Supply highly enough. I needed parts for an unusual foreign kitchen faucet that came with my house. They were super friendly and helped me buy the part directly from the supplier. Even though they didn't make any money off me, they checked in multiple times and made sure I got what I needed. What a wonderful local business!

I'm very glad I found Clancy Supply. I had a small solar shower project in mind, and they took the time to listen and make recommendations. They made me feel like a valued customer throughout the process and have certainly earned my business for any future needs. Well worth the extra drive in my case. Highly recommended.
