I have been ordering from By the Bunch floral alchemy for over a decade. Think of it more like an art studio. They take your description and turn flowers into unique displays. It bears mentioning that By the Bunch floral alchemy has come through despite the worst winter weather multiple times over the years. Surprisingly long lasting, especially the succulent bouquets, you will appreciate every single arrangement if you give them a creative direction to work with. You can pickup nice flowers plenty of places, but if you want to give someone a truly unique arrangement, you are in the right place.

Wish I even had a chance to review flowers - was in the neighborhood and wanted to get my mom something. When I tried to open the door to walk in and shop the owner screamed “we don’t take walk in’s”. Wanted to buy local but this completely turned me off. Went home and went online and bought from someone else.

We needed to get flowers to friend who had just lost her parent, but I screwed up the date, and Portland was covered with snow. Rachel contacted me, found out the actual date the flowers were needed, and then made it happen! Besides the fantastic proactive customer service, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

I made a big hit with my friend by sending her a succulent bouquet from By the Bunch. It’s such an unusual choice that I knew it would stand out, and if arrived absolutely stunning. Better yet, it can be replanted and be a gift that keeps on giving.

By The Bunch made the most beautiful and unique bouquet for my mother; the proprietress was in contact with me throughout the process, asking me if I thought this plant or that would please my mom. And they deliver all over town! Excellent service, stellar arrangements. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I live in AL, and was looking for an independent florist to deliver a happy-making bouquet to my dad and stepmom, who live in PDX. I’m so glad I ordered from By The Bunch; the flowers arrived on schedule (a day after I put in the order) and the arrangement is very beautiful. Would order from them again!

I just got a "succulent bouquet" delivered to me from By the Bunch, by out of town family! It was absolutely gorgeous! They dropped it off at our front door and texted me to let me know it was there. It came in the cutest dark brown glass vase and the arrangement was so thoughtfully put together. I've always been a live plant kind of girl though vs fresh cut bouquets. I just personally like having the plant for years to remember the occasion by (yes, my house is full of plants, haha). I decided to take apart the bouquet to try to root the succulent clippings. They were all wire wrapped and then wrapped in green plant tape. I was so happy to find that once disassembled, the wiring was actually keeping little roots safe! It took a bit of time, to keep as many roots from breaking but it worked! I ended up being able to plant 3 separate pots full of the succulents from the bouquet! What a clever idea for a unique and beautiful gift. I decided to put the remaining non-succulent plants back in the little vase and it's still so charming on their own.
