From the moment I called the store to inquire about some countertop options, Kandy had been such a delight. She was able to not only offer me information about the different types of countertops, but gave me some resources to check out if I wanted to get a better idea of some alternative styles. Since I had no experience with countertops at all, this was a very important starting place.Kandy was both professional and personable during each and EVERY interaction I had with her. She made the idea of getting new countertops an easy, painless and most importantly comfortable experience for me.I find it rare in a busy world to find customer service as great as hers was for me.Norman who came out to template was a lovely and kind soul. His template was done both quickly and to perfection.The install crew was on time, respectful and timely.The countertops turned out AMAZING! Thank you so very much for having a competent and caring crew!

We couldn't be more pleased with our countertop purchase and installation. The salesman, Sonny (sp?) who came to take measurements, and the installers themselves all did a great job. We had never done this before and Sonny was especially helpful in guiding us through the decisions we needed to make. The scheduling was easy and they all confirmed in advance and arrived on time. We highly recommend this business.

My wife and I remodeled our kitchen and our experience with Budget Granite CounterTops & Cabinets was wonderful, and the customer service was excellent! Both Sharon and Ian were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and were able to answer all questions we had. At no point did my wife and I feel rushed in the process of choosing the right stone for our project. Lastly, the prices were great, and their selection of stone was greater than everywhere else.Scheduling the measurements and fitting was hassle-free, and the team were flexible (rescheduling for us when my wife unexpectedly got Covid). I would recommend Budget Granite CounterTops & Cabinets to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

The best place I knew to get custom quartz countertops made and installed. They were horrible. The seams are bumpy. They made a huge mess. Worst of all, they cut my sheetrock wall to make their installation easier. Now my wall is floppy. My tile back splash is not well supported. I can feel a draft under my cabinets and bugs are getting in. They did ask if they could cut the wall as part of their installation. I assumed they would patch it back in. Nope. Nothing. Very disappointed.

Although our galley kitchen was a small job, we were treated grandly. Our salesman, Wen Yu was superb at listening while we explained our wishes. When we had questions during installation, he came to our house and put in the extra effort to ease our "newly" concerns completely. Sonny measured our job twice for accuracy which paid off with a perfect fit. Our installers (sorry, never got your names, we're meticulous, patient and highly skilled. We were more than impressed. Our countertops are gorgeous, the materials used were high quality, and the friendly staff and very reasonable price will have us recommending this company to family and friends. We'll done Budget Countertops!

10/10!!! We have been putting off doing our kitchen counters for too many years for fear of cost and complications, as our house is 100 years old and nothing is ever easy! But finding Budget Granite made it almost too easy. We did the demo of old counters ourselves and we able to save the backsplash( pure luck!) and everything from Ian’s great communication to expert template measurement and super quick and professional install made me wonder why we didn’t do this sooner. And even better the project easily was 50% less than we had though it would cost. We could not be more in love with the Giotto quartz!!!

Wen and his team at Budget Granite were an excellent, professional, and no frills experience to replace my laminate countertops with quartz. The price, timeliness (for measurements and for installation), and ease cannot be beat. I was initially a bit hesitant because Budget Granite does not include any demolition, plumbing, painting, or backsplash work and I didn't know any contractors. However, I'd recommend doing some research and trying to manage as much of the project yourself. Wen also recommended a contractor that they work with pretty often to do the demolition and plumbing. I then separately hired out for cabinet painting services. I'd highly recommend working with Wen and the Budget Granite Team!

I am really impressed by Budget Granite. We initially wanted a concrete counter but the cost and lack of interest by contractors in such a small space turned us off the idea. Being able to find a high quality remnant piece at a fraction of the cost made me very happy. Ian made the process simple. This 3-walled coffee nook is not square and I am in awe of the accuracy of the cut. I’d definitely recommend this place. Thank you Ian and team!

Great to work with and a beautiful product. I purchased a remnant piece of granite for my fireplace hearth and it turned out beautifully. They reinforced the back, carefully loaded it into my car, gave me instructions on handling. I didn't know that there is almost nothing to the installation and they encouraged me to do it myself to avoid a pricey set-up fee.
